RIGHT ON THE OCEAN AND STEPS FROM THE POOL! GREAT LOCATION!

Our Family really enjoyed our stay at driftwood Villa. We travelled with 2 Younger children and it had everything that we needed. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very Clean and had a Florida Charm. It was VERY convenient being on the ground floor. If you need to grab a drink and snack or use the washroom you are only 6 steps from the pool and 30 steps to the beach.

It was really great working with Bill and Carol. It was our first time on the Atlantic Coast and they were very helpful answering question. If we do go back to Cocoa Beach we will definitely stay there again.

All of the carpeting was replaced this past week, and beautiful 18 inch tile was installed in the master bath.

We were disappointed to read this review. We have been renting our unit for about 4 years now and have had very positive feedback from our guests. Unfortunately most do not take the time to do the review on this site, and one such as this can create a false impression that our place is dirty and in poor repair. The off white carpet is becoming worn in high traffic areas, but it is not dirty. We will be replacing it soon. The Internet issue was one that AT&T had to take care of, and instructions for contacting them are in the desk by the router, which all guests are told. The salt air corrodes the wheels on sliding doors, and instructions for lubricating them so they work better is given to all guests. The kitchen and bathrooms have formica countertops and would be nicer if they were updated, but they are perfectly serviceable the way they are. This building and our unit was built in the mid 1970s and thus is not a new building, but it is very well-maintained. If this guest had wanted to be in a newer building, she should have specified that.
