Photos and Description of the Cocoa Beach vacation condo rental Condominium - 2 Bedrooms- 2 Baths- (Sleeps 4 -5)

Ideally located on quiet Ocean Beach Boulevard, away from the heavy traffic! We're close to restaurants, shopping, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's Surf Shop, etc., but far enough away for peace and quiet if that's what you like. The big Orlando attractions are just a little more than an hour away. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are close by. Our spacious and nicely decorated Condo is 1236 square feet, and features an open and airy floor plan and a lovely master suite. The second bedroom doubles as a family room/den depending on how you want to use it. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need if you decide to cook rather than dine in one of the many area restaurants. Best of all, you are right on the beach as you go out the sliding door from the master bedroom or from the living room on the ocean side, and you are just a few short steps to the beautiful pool as you go out of the courtyard entrance from the condo!

  • The large master suite has a queen size bed, double vanity, and a walk-in closet. The other sleeping area is a den/second bedroom with a queen size fold out sleep sofa. This room can be closed off for privacy with a bifold door. We do have 2 inflatable twin beds and a pump, plus a youth bed suitable for up to about age 6. Our place works best for a maximum of 5 people, including children.

There is a covered ocean side patio, as well as an enclosed sitting room just off the pool at the courtyard entrance. The condominium has a fully furnished clubhouse room with a full kitchen, for family and group gatherings.

Other Activities: Historic Cocoa Village is nearby, offering a variety of antique and gift shops, Merritt Square Mall with many stores is located a short drive away

Great place for quiet beach vacation

Very nice, clean condo right on Cocoa Beach in a quiet complex. But - you can not see the beach from the back patio, even though the unit faces the ocean/beach on ground level. This is because there is a protected dune with large vegetation growing in front of the patio. To see the ocean from the patio you need to be on the second level or higher of this complex. Adequate furnishings for our family of 4 to eat together and hang out - and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Kids didn't mind the pull out couch bed in the second bedroom - it was comfortable. There were also blow up mattresses available that we didn't use. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils for cooking at eating in. Bathrooms were very clean and neat, everything was is good working order. Beach chairs, toys and boogie boards were provided for our use. The pool was beautiful - clean and very well taken care of. BBQ grill was available for our use also. We went to Universal Studios parks which were about a 50 minute drive away in Orlando. Also, Ron Jon's Surf Shop is within walking distance. We ate at Captain J's, a restaurant down the beach within walking distance and it was good. Also ate at Kelseys for Italian food and it was great. There are two grocery stores nearby and plenty of fast foods, in addition to a Walgreens. This is a quiet area, not the best for people wanting a lot of night life or extravagant shopping. The beach was not crowded at all. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a family beach vacation or quiet getaway. The owners are nice people and provided great customer service.
