enjoy the song birds and beauty of nature with your morning espresso on the screened porch. this unit is designed to recreate old time beach life. so close to the water you can hear and taste it, yet private like no front beach can offer. newly renovated for style and comfort, we supply all that you need including linens, the well equiped kitchen includes everything from a coffee grinder cappuccino maker to ice cream scoop. we also offer wireless internet HBO and Showtime, cards and games and more than 125 movies videos for your pleasure. the beach is 160 steps from the yard, at the parking you can see the beach/ocean. indoors the primative dining table seats 8, living area designed for comfort & conversation. the bedrooms each have a tv/vcr firm bed, dresser in romantic design, the outside shower room is designed to allow being naked outside.

Not recommended for small children, the yard backs to a tidal creek and there are two other water features, none are fenced.
The screened porch runs the length of the house, 1 end you will find a rack of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers etc. everyything for a great day at the beach. On one end of the porch is furnished w/Deco Rattan couch, chairs and table, kick back and enjoy the ocean breezes while being lulled by the sound of the water garden on the other side of the screen. The rest of the porch is devoted to the table and chairs w/a candleer above for dining ambiance. This is the place to gather and talk & drink & laugh, play a game of chinese checkers or cards.
the back yard is the place to try a game of boccie on our new court, or maybe a classic game of croquet on the lawn.
