This brand new, luxurious condo is located in a gated community on the beautiful San Francisco Beach. Ground level unit with a direct access to private pool, semi-private beach and view of the Caribbean Sea. Completely furnished and equipped with all needed appliances, kitchen utensils, satellite TV, DVD player, free long distance phone and Wi-Fi Internet access, AC, ceiling fans, etc. Large balcony with a hot tub. Maid can be provided daily on request. Optional all-inclusive packages and other services are available. Miles of beach to jog or walk on. Calm waters ideal for swimming and snorkeling. Few minutes of boat ride from the most attractive diving destinations. Boat piers and diving clubs located in a short walking distance. Convenience shopping center located in a walking distance (groceries, jewelry, spa). 15 minute of car ride to a supermarket and shops in downtown St. Miguel (gold and silver jewelry, diamonds, designer clothing, or to restaurants, bars and night clubs).

Snorkeling and Diving.: Most diving shops can pickup customers by boat from Sand Dollar pier located in a walking distance from the condo. However, starting in December we will have our own pier for our guests.

Golf: World-class Cozumel Country Club with a golf course designed by Nicklaus Design Group is located in the northern part of the island, around 25 minutes drive from the condo.
