This 5 bedroom/4 bath ocean front condo is in the new (2007) Ocean Blue Condominium.

Located on South Ocean Drive 27th Street in Myrtle Beach.

Myrtle Beach is the golf capital of the world; and it's a top US family vacation spot. It was voted the #2 vacation beach spot by an online Yahoo survey.

There is an amazing Corner 10th-floor oceanfront view of the ocean and coastline of Myrtle Beach from the property.

You can see the ocean from anywhere in the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom and 3 other bedrooms.

This condo offers almost 2,800 square feet of space with the balcony.
