Relax in spacious, clean, contemporary home with large windows and great flow. Set back from cul-de-sac road with lots of greenery and privacy. Central air and water filtration system. Wireless Internet. Full kitchen with breakfast bar opens to living room, and to dining and family rooms. Two separate sleeping wings with flexible bed configurations and three private bathrooms. BR1 has King/2 Twins (or configure to 4 Twins); BR2 has 1 Queen; BR3 has 1 Queen. Choose sun room or deck or yard or all three to enjoy the yard and listen to the breezes through the pines. Shower outdoors in new hot and cold outdoor shower with dressing area - look out and up to treetops and sky.! Large (.62 acre) yard and level lawn for kids to play. Lots of parking and room for boat trailer. Quiet cul-de-sac with minimal traffic and easy access to all Eastham beaches and ponds, and to National Seashore and Nauset beaches. Large outdoor clothesline provides green alternative for drying (in addition to clothes dryer inside). NOTE: linens (sheets and bath towels) are not provided.

House description: Relax in the light-filled living room, family room, sunroom or out on the deck or in the lovely gardens. Lots of choices for separate activities. Kids can play freely on large level lawn.

Activities: Get away from it all on the quiet cul-de-sac. Or, hop on bikes to nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail. Take the family to First Encounter Beach or one of the other Bay or Ocean Beaches in Eastham (Visitor Beach Stickers can be obtained ahead of time.

Hike the Fort Hill Nature Trail, just minutes away. Other trails in the National Seashore and in the Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary. Mini-golf minutes away. Wellfleet Cinemas and historic Drive-in with famous flea market on weekends. Orleans has family-friendly Skaket Beach just minutes away on the Bay and Nauset Beach on the ocean side.

Eastham has restaurants to choose from (see Guestbook) as do the adjoining towns of Wellfleet and Orleans.

Beautiful home on convenient locaiton on Cape

Our family including a eight month old baby stayed in this home for our Cape Cod beach vacation. The house is in a great location. It's in a nice residental neighborhood but close enough to the beach (first encounter and coast guard beach). Highly recommend going to Eastham Visitor center and rent bike from bike shop across street and bike to coast guard beach. The house is spacious with sufficient amount of cooking utensil. We cooked dinner most of nights we were there as not to interfere with my son's sleeping schedule. The owners were great, responding to the emails very quickly. We found out a few days before our vacation starts there is a hurricane coming. The owners were very accomodating and let us start our vacation later and prorate the fee. Overall, highly recommended.

Beautiful Home and Beautiful Beaches

Our family has stayed in this home for our Cape Cod beach vacation for each of the past three years. The home is spacious and very well-maintained. It is located in a nice residential neighborhood away from traffic yet only a short drive from beaches and restaurants. Nearby, Coast Guard Beach is a spectacular beach listed as one of the 10 best beaches in the United States. It is a great spot for swimming, walking and skim-boarding at low tide. The home is convenient to the attractions of the outer Cape including restaurants in Wellfleet, whale watches from Provincetown and shopping in Chatham. We can highly recommend this property to people looking for a quiet, relaxing and beautiful Cape Cod vacation.

Fantastic

Stayed here with family who came over from Europe and had a great time. The house is clean, well-maintained and has everything you need. We had few days of rain but didn't get bored at all. The house lies between and is close to Route 6 and the bayside beach (First encounter beach). My daughter and my grandparents enjoyed themselves a lot.

Our vacation was wonderful here. We have spent two years in the same house. It has about everything you would need. Large enough for 6-8 people. We may take it again next year. You can't go wrong with this house.
