Located directly on the gulf in Seagrove Beach, 'Key Largo' is an exclusive beautifully-appointed condominium that provides the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Its luxurious and comfortable interior combined with its setting overlooking the white sands and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico make it an inviting opportunity for a very special beach vacation.

This four-bedroom, three-bath condominium occupies the entire second floor of a three-floor building, giving it a 'house-like' feel, with no neighbors on either side. It has windows all around, providing wonderful views of the gulf.

'Key Largo' has been professionally decorated in the 'Florida cottage' style. The living room is luxuriously furnished and opens directly onto a wide, covered balcony with brilliant beach views. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and GE Profile appliances.

The spacious master suite, located directly off the living area, features a king-size bed, desk area, and access to the beach-front balcony. Double doors lead from the master bedroom into the master bath, which includes double vanities, sit-down makeup area, walk-in shower, huge Jacuzzi tub, and a large walk-in closet.

A second master suite with queen-size bed and adjacent private bath is set off from the rest of the condominium for privacy. There is also a queen-size guest room, and a separate bunkroom for the kids. The third bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower and a large garden tub.

For your viewing enjoyment, Key Largo has five TVs, five DVDs, two VCRs and high-speed wireless Internet access. In the main living area, you'll find a large, 37-inch flat screen HDTV, along with a Blu-Ray/DVD player and CD stereo and some fun family games to play on lazy nights after watching the sun set.

Just a few steps from the door is a glittering pool shared by only five units. A private walkway takes you over the dunes and to the beach. Enjoy shops and dining at nearby Seaside, WaterColor, and Rosemary Beach. Santa Rosa Golf Club is only minutes away. Water parks for the kids are only a half hour away in Destin (to the west) and Panama City (to the east).

Key Largo is one of 3 luxury villas located in the gulf front building at the small, gated Emerald Surf Villas complex. There are only 2 more villas in the entire complex located in the rear, gulf view building with the pool & a parking lot separating the two buildings, all south of County Road 30-A. Emerald Surf Villas are located at the eastern end of Seagrove Beach just a mile down the road from Seaside & Watercolor with all the shops, restaurants, etc. Besides all of the beach activities and shopping, there is a large network of bike & hiking trails in the state forest just north of Seagrove Beach.

This was our first time at 'Key Largo' and it won't be our last. The accommodations lived up to the description and pictures, and everything was spotless when we arrived.
The living areas comfortably fit our party of 9 with room to spare. Gulf views are first class and we enjoyed hanging out on our "private beach"!! This was an excellent holiday for our family and out of all the places we have been to around the panhandle I would say the best.
The area is quiet, far enough away from larger buildings to provide privacy, yet not too far that you can visit shops on foot or by short drive.
Condo was well fitted with TV's/DVD players should the weather not play fair, thankfully we did not need them!
Beautiful sunsets from the balcony which ran the full width of the house. Beach was just 10 seconds away, pool was private and well maintained. We really couldn't have asked for more. A+ and thank you.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children
