6 Bedroom, 5 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps up to 16 in beds - no pull out couches

Welcome to Bella Casa Oceana 'Beautiful Home by the Ocean' , large (2800 sq. feet) 6 bedroom, 5 full bath, ocean view duplex unit. Gorgeous, very well decorated, this is a premier property. Beautiful views of the Ocean without the expense of beach front properties. The property is located JUST ONE block from the beach. The unit is beautifully furnished and has a great entertainment area that features hardwood floors, a large fully-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room (Ocean View). Three large deck areas offer relaxing tranquility when listening to the ocean waves roll in. The home has three TV’s with DVD players to keep the kids occupied after a hard day of fun in the sun. There is outside storage for beach items/supplies and also an outside shower for rinsing off when coming off the beach.

Oh, did we mention there are no sofa beds or pull out beds (6 Twins, 4 Queens and and 1 King Bed).

This unit is completely non-smoking and no pets allowed. This unit is rented for family vacations only. We rent to responsible adults over 25 years of age whom must be present during entire occupancy. No sororities, Fraternities, Church Groups, Weddings, Receptions, “house” parties, “Spring Break” parties, or other such groups are permitted. There is no elevator in this unit and the first floor has two bedrooms only. This property is one block (about 150 yards or approx. 3-5 minutes walk) to the beach. There are beach views from each balcony/deck.

We had such a lovely week at Bella Casa Oceana. This is a great house to gather a family and give everyone room to be together and room to spread out and have a bit of privacy. It truly is a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed the decks on all levels. The decor is even more beautiful in person than in print. We found it easy to enjoy cooking together in the well designed kitchen and we found everything we needed for all our cooking. The weather didn't always smile on us but the house gave us every reason to smile!

Best vacation ever! Family members from MT, OH and IN enjoyed a fabulous week at Carolina Beach. There were eight adults and five little ones, four and under.
The accommodations were awesome. It was spacious enough that each individual family had their private area and there was lots of space to all be together. We all enjoyed one day on Bald Head Island and otherwise we rested and had special time together and individally on and off the beach. We could not have asked for a better time and accommodations.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children

We had the most amazing time. The home was beautiful (as described) and well equipped with everything we needed. Very short walk to the beach and the views of the ocean from the balconies were awesome. My only complaint was that the dryer did not work but every effort was made to get it repaired. Our family thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Would definately recommend to family and friends. Thanks for an awesome vacation!
