This charming A-frame cottage is situated on a rocky peninsula, and provides 180 degree breathtaking views of the ocean from Reid State Park to Seguin Lighthouse. Relax to the sights of lobster boats pulling their traps, harbor seals playing in the water or surf pouring into the tidal pool in front of the cottage. The front deck overlooks a private beach, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The cottage has an open kitchen, dining, and living room area with a stone fireplace, wood stove, and many large windows. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath with shower and washing machine, a master bedroom with queen size bed and two loft bedrooms with full size beds.

The cottage is located on Indian Point, a private community on 400 acres of coastal woodland area on the southern tip of Georgetown Island. Amenities include private beaches, tidal sand flats, private roads and nature trails for walking and biking, and a rocky coastline and tidal pools to explore. Nearby dining will range from buying live or cooked lobsters just off the boats at the Five Islands Wharf to experiencing five-star dining at the Robinhood Meeting House. The City of Bath is only 20 minutes away with shops, restaurants and the Maine Maritime Museum. Day trips to Boothbay Harbor or LL Bean in Freeport are only 45 minutes away.

Rent deposit of $700 required to hold the reservation. It is retained as a security deposit during your stay and refunded in full if no damage is found following your rental. The rent amount is due in full 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
