Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8: Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests and includes an ocean view from the front of our condo. Our top level, 6th floor penthouse condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features almost 1900 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers. The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, ice maker, toaster, and blender. All cookware and tableware is included.
Relax on the large balcony/terrace & smell the sea: Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.
Includes 2 heated pools, fitness center, game room: The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. Both pools are heated Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, heat. Plus, brand new color TVs, DVD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels.
