Akron Vacation Rental cottage

My family had a small reunion there over 2 days, and found this place to be exactly what we were looking for. It was cute, just large enough to accommodate the 6 of us comfortably, with a delightful view of the lake. We had folks of all ages (from 4 years to 73 years) and all enjoyed the amenities.
Judy and Gary were very helpful, and provided everything we needed including an additional inflatable bed, a propane grill and even a pontoon boat for fishing. We will definitely want to book this place again for future get togethers.

What a delightful cottage! Everything was even better than I hoped for and the owners are terrific - very prompt in answering questions and emails. They even asked ahead of time if there was anything in particular I needed in the kitchen as they learned I planned to do a bit of baking. My sweetheart and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. It was a treat to sit on the patio and watch the swans on the lake, to see fish jumping right off the end of the dock and to simply soak up the peace and quiet. The inside of the cottage is so pretty and welcoming. They have put a lot of time and effort into remodeling and it surely shows. It's clean and neat as a pin, with plenty of towels, linens, etc. The lower level den has a walk out to the back patio and an extra room that is convenient for holding fishing gear, etc. The nearby town had everything we needed as well. The cottage is tucked away and yet the main road access is so convenient. Traveling to other locations was easy on those days we took day trips to visit friends. We already have reservations booked for this fall and surely will be back next summer as well. Great place, wonderful owners, terrific location!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this lake front cottage. The cottage was better than described and was fully stocked. We enjoyed a week of beautiful sunrises and the serenity of sitting by the lake. This cottage was close to our families which made the visit even better. We look forward to staying here again.
