Emerald Island Vacation Rental house

We stayed at Isabels disney villa 12-19th Sep 09.
We have stayed on the Emerald Island resort twice in the past and this villa by far is the best.
Emerald resort is in a great location to local amenities eg food shops, restaurants and close to the theme parks.
The Villa was everything I expected and more.
The villa is clean and well maintained.
As we have been to Florida alot in the past we didnt go to many of the theme parks this year and opted to relaxing around the villa. The pool area is fantastic as we got the sun all day from 09.00am to 19.00pm. Also we had 4 sunbeds which is rare for villas to provide so many so we were all able to relax. There is also a nice shaded area with table and chairs to enjoy at meal times or if you have had to much sun.

The Villa had game boards to hand and also travel books about the area of Florida which was helpful.

When we booked the villa it was very last minute, Isabel made the process quick and easy, always returning emails quickly and being very helpful. Also when renting villas you sometimes have to go to an office to collect the key which can be pain when all you want to do after a long flight is get to the villa, but here the door is on a safety code so no waiting around for an office to open to collect the keys.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone adults/children.

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in this stunning house (Aug 09). The house really is as luxurious as the pictures show. It is spacious, modern and very comfortable. Only a maximum of 15 minutes from the Disney parks, it is the perfect base for your Disney holiday. The house is very well equiped and clean. The beds are comfortable, the pool is clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. My children spent every spare moment in the pool and that is probably the memory they will have from this holiday. In fact, they preferred a day at the pool to the Disney water parks.

The owners were very helpful and always replied to emails within 48 hours. The broadband was invaluable, as we run our own business and needed to check our emails daily. The complex had excellent security, the gardens were very well maintained and every villa looked very well cared for.

If you are looking for a base to tour the parks or just to relax, this villa is not only in the perfect location, but also the perfect house to stay in.

Only one complaint - my kids wanted boiled eggs one morning and there were no egg cups!!! That really is the only fault I can find!

The villa is as good as it looks, no carefully taken photos here. It really is spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished and very welcoming. A lovely comfortable haven at the end of a long day in the parks, Disney is very close. We didn't explore the resort amenities as we were out such a lot but the whole area appears well kept. Highly recommended for a stay and we hope to return soon. Thanks Isobel.
