Experience this log sided buffalo themed lodge (2004) as it sits on a hill overlooking the beautiful and tranquil Long Lake in Benzie County. National forest just across the road where wildlife live and roam. The general decor is all things buffalo!!! Located in the center of one of northern Michigan's most desired vacation destinations this home has 159' of very private beach frontage. Minutes away from other fine lakes such as Crystal Lake, Lake Michigan, & rivers where tubing/canoeing are available. Only 30 min. from Traverse City and minutes from Frankfort where dining and shopping abound. This lodge features a cozy screened in porch as well as a large deck where relaxing and star gazing is a must. Set back from the road the lodge is very peaceful and quiet. Rustic-look but with all the modern amenities. Area includes scenic drives, bike trails, charter fishing, golfing, hiking trails, Pte.Betsie Lighthouse, gorgeous sunset, Sleeping Bear Dune climbing & Glen Arbor.

Cancellation policy: Beginning April l, 2008 any fees paid toward a booking is refundable at 80% until 31 days before your arrival date. However, if we cannot find another tenant to take your booked reservation dates, then the fees paid to that point are not refundable. We will attempt to obtain a replacement tenant but there are no guarantees. If you cancel any time sooner than 31 days of your arrival date, you will forfeit all fees paid at that time. If you have any questions pertaining to this policy, please email me for further information.

Arcadia Bluffs is a premier golf course within 25 miles or so from Frankfort.

Lots to do....Michigan beauty

My family and rented this beautiful home along with some family friends. We found the home itself to be delightful with so many activities for adults and children. We went tubing on the river, which is very conveniently close by, and made so many memories with the kids! I loved the accessability to our own private lake as well as the great sunset viewing spots that were very close. A great restaurant is down the road about a 1/4 of a mile...within walking distance, and serves the most delicious seafood entrees.

This was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this home to others. I will look ahead to next year and would love to rent this home again.

Love the buffalo theme!

We all enjoyed ourselves here. We are of all different ages. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Much to do around the area.
We plan to be back.
