Access to snowmobile trails from house. Under 30 min. to Loon Mtn. For Arts & Crafts Festivals. 40 min. to N. Conway shopping outlets. Roast marshmallows over fire pit. Over sized deck with patio furniture and gas grill. Open concept LR, Kitchen, DR. Cable TV. DVD,VCR. 27 in. TV, Whirlpool tub, wood stove. Great place to stay & play! Washer & dryer included. Large open yard for well behaved pets to run and play too. Roads not in sight from yard. (100+ feet away)

- Master Bedroom with private full bathroom and whirlpool tub. Large picture window looking out to Mtns. Bedroom 2 has a bathroom located right outside it's door. It too has Mtn. views. Has pull out couch, but we do prefer under 6 people staying at the house based on a family with 4 kids or 2 kids with 2 friends and 2 adults.

3 steps to deck from ground. Can build ramp for wheelchair if needed.
Only small pets that are very socialized will be considered. Wonderful neighbor small black lab comes to visit on occasion.
Along with wood stove is a 'Monitor Heating System', fueled by propane, as needed.
