This first floor unit features 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and ceiling fans, 2 full bathrooms, a sofa sleeper, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer, heat, A/C, telephone for local calls, patio with a gas grill, and a living room with an entertainment center housing cable TV, a stereo, a VCR/DVD player, games and videos. This property includes a private sandy beach, two heated pools, hot tub, lighted tennis courts, racquetball, playground, putting green, and access to a neighboring bird sanctuary.
