So Good, Just too short

I knew we had found the property when I spoke with Gail, she is curtious and knowledgable. The price was great, the view tremendous and the condo spacious. We'd love to return one day soon. I loved the family atmosphere, not a place to worry about what your teenagers are getting into. St Augustine is a beautiful place and the people are genuinely friendly! Don't miss out!

If you are looking for a more relaxed and secluded condo, this is where to be. WE enjoyed traveling up to St. Augustine and Jacksonville and used a lot of our time relaxing at the condo enjoying the amenities and the beautiful beach. I would reccommend not only this condo but Vacation Rental Pros and Steve Milo if you are looking for a great vacation.Thank you!!

Good trip to Cinnamon Beach

I was very pleased with our stay at Cinnamon Beach. The condo was clean and spacious, and the views of the beach were great. The condo was farther from St. Augustine than we thought, but we were abel to work around the distance. I would defenitely consider staying at Cinnamon Beach again.

Cinnamon Beach Condo Rental

We were very pleased with the condo, the resort and location. The rental was expensive but worth it. The rental and surroundings were very clean and we felt we had everything we needed in the condo. We also appreciated the binder giving us helpful information it came in very handy when my daughter had a little accident at the kiddy pool and we had to go to the hospital to get it taken care of. Thank you. We will definitely consider returning in the future. Yours truly.

great for families with small kids-not teenagers

I just returned from a week at Cinnamon Beach. The property itself is beautiful. It is well maintained, landscaped, and very dog friendly. The security around the complex is exceptional. I was very comfortable with my kids walking around after sunset. I am a frequent visitor of the St. Aug area as I live only 60 miles inland; however, this was my first visit to the Palm Coast area. My kids were disappointed (age 11, 13, 14). The pool has very strict rules; no balls, no "toys." We were asked to remove our beach ball. The pool also closes at 8:00pm. The kiddie pool closes at 9:00pm but even that is way too early because it is not even dark yet. This includes the very small hot tub. The kids were expecting more from the game room (only foosball and air hockey but closed at 9:00pm as well) I thought the beach was beautiful but the kids were again disappointed. It is a coquina shell beach which poses a problem because there are hidden large coquina rocks just beyond the surf that you can only see at low tide. There is an area with no rocks but it is not very wide and you have to be very careful not to stray when boogie boarding or you will find yourself on the rocks.

There is very little to do or see in Palm Coast or in Flagler Beach. We went north to Crescent Beach/St. Aug for the movies, jetskiing and boat rentals. Just a 15-20 minute drive.

I enjoyed my week, the condo suited my needs fine and I would return w/o kids but next year I will be heading back to St. Aug for my family rental.
