La Primavera is a beautifully appointed villa that has been furnished to a very high standard. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea from the large top terrace accessed through French doors from the master bedroom or from the top floor. The main bedroom also boasts a fabulous large contemporary en-suite bathroom with large shower and bath. There is a second bedroom and bathroom on the top floor. In the sitting room, enjoy a log-burning fire for chilly winter evenings whilst viewing Sky TV or one of our many videos. There is a modern separate dining room but you will find that most meals will be taken on the down stairs terrace 6 seater table or the top terrace 6 seater table. The villa has a comprehensive good sized kitchen with cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a further good sized bedroom on the ground floor with twin beds which is large enough to accommodate a fold down camp bed for a child. All bedrooms air-conditioned and large wardrobes

The villa is located in the most exclusive part of Mojacar known as La Parata. It is made up of individual villas dotted on the hillside overlooking the coast. It takes just 3 mins to reach the beach yet up on La Parata you will find peace and quiet. Guests at La Primavera are automatic members of the exclusive leisure club with a large pool with loungers, parasols & tennis court and all 2 mins walk from the villa.Two great restaurants 1min walk away. With one of the best climates in Europe it is suitable for holidays all year round. The nearest Airports are Almeria (55 mins) and Alicante (2 hours) and Murcia (1 hour 50 mins). Hire cars are available from airports or pick-up services and rentals from Mojacar also available if you don't want to drive from the airport. Wonderful scenery, good walking,horse-riding, Golf & water sports plus many miles of superb beaches. Next to Mojacar is the old fishing village of Garrucha with its wonderful fresh fish restaurants Water park nearby.

Golf : At least three golf courses to choose from in the immediate area.Visit Val de Este and the luxurious Dessert Spring about 10 miles away.Marina Golf is the new local course.

Horse riding: There is a horse riding stable at the end of avenida La Parata. Go hacking in the hills and along the beach.

Walking: Mojacar is on the edge of a national park with amazing unspoilt beaches. You can walk across the hills to have a coffee at Mojacar old village or take part in the organised walks in the region.

La Primavera is a lovely property, and is well placed among the hills just behind Mojacar. The view of the coastline from the villa is stunning at any time of the day. The terraces were great places to relax and have a glass of wine or eat a meal. We found the villa to be clean tidy and very well equipped. Perfect for all of the family. There was masses of information given to us by the owner of things to do and places to eat. Everyone connected to the villa was extremely helpful and the minor problems we had with the satellite programming or washing machine were fixed immediately. I would highly recommend staying there. There seemed to be always something happening in Mojacar playa/old town and it was fun exploring neighbouring towns and the Cabo de Gata.

Roll on Summer!!

Me and my 2 sons had a fabulous time in La Primevera last summer. The villa was immaculately clean with loads of home comforts. My favourite part was the huge terrace off the bedroom.. a great place to sit with a glass of rose watching the sun go down!
The pool was close by with tennis courts and a lovely restaurant, the boys made loads of friends and had a really great time.
Mojacar is a short drive down the hill and there is a huge clean beach with loads of activities going on, there are bars, restuarants and some super shops. Old mojacar is beautiful with litte winding streets and the most amazing views.
All in all a great holiday was had by all!!
I would definately recommend Mojacar as a holiday destination and La Primevera for a great place to stay.

Lovely Villa

After visiting Mojacar for the first time to stay with my family for a week in this lovely villa i can only say after much was said about it that i was not disappointed !
The villa is in a lovely location which is peaceful and has lovely views which i would definately visit again. There are lots of lovely bars and places to eat the old village of mojacar is a great place to visit with its fresh water spring and again great views over the mountains. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has everything you could want for a comfortable stay including air con which is a must have in the high season. The pool is very well situated just behind the villa less than 5 minutes away and set in lovely surroundings with trees and tennis courts plus views of the other villas surrounding the area. I had a great time with my family in what can only be described as home from home with sunshine as the bonus. I would definately return to Mojacar and to La Primavera

wonderful villa

After visiting la primavera for the last three years we are now looking forward to our fourth visit this summer.The accomadation is prefectly suited for a family plus guests and set in a very quiet location with wonderful views from the terraces both upstairs and down where we enjoyed some lovely evenings drinking wine and having BBQ'S. The villa is spacious and in paticular the master bedroom has a beutifully appointed large ensuite with it's own terrace. The twin room is more than adequate for two children with plenty of wardrobe space. The villa has air con which we couldn't have done without during our stay in August. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and a very useful washing machine We loved Mojacar from our very 1st visit with it's various bars and places to eat which are only a five minute drive by car which we think is essential. There are lovely beaches with various play areas to amuse the children.Mojacar is suitable for all ages and this villa is a wonderful place to stay which also enjoys a lovely gated pool nearby which is walking distance from the villa and very secure for children. The owner was very approachable and very helpful with all enquiries and obviously takes pride in her villa as it is very well maintained and very clean. We would recommend this property to anyone and can't wait for our next visit in the summer
