    Pool & Spa Heat - $25 per day (recommended Oct - Mar)
    Booking:
    To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
    Rental Period:
    Check in time is 4pm or later on the arrival date. Check out time is 10am or earlier on the departure date. Early arrival or late departure may be available, subject to availability and charges may be applicable. It may be necessary for staff to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
    Rental Payment:
    Full payment for rental will be made no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival date. If payment is not received, your reservation will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

    Late Bookings:
    For booking made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, full payment due at booking. Payment by VISA and MasterCard is available (subject to 2% surcharge).
  • Liability Limitations:
    Homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for loss of personal items while staying in the property or after departure. Parents must supervise children when using the pool facilities and the facilities of the development. Homeowners accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property, but after notification of equipment failure will endeavour to rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner.

    Cancellation:
    All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
    More than 6 weeks before arrival date - Loss of Booking Deposit
    Between 4 & 6 weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount
    Between 4 weeks and arrival date - 100% of rental amount

Our villa is managed by a very reputable Property Management Company located minutes from Windsor Hills. They are on-call 24/7 should any problems arise. We also have keyless entry - with each guest receiving their own specific code which expires the day of departure. In addition, the villa and our guests are protected by a Brinks Security System for added peace of mind. There are child-protection alarms on every door and window leading to the pool to ensure that your little ones are kept safe. We endeavour to keep a supply of pool toys, games and videos on hand to make your stay that much more enjoyable.

Home away from Home

The minute the 9 of us walked through the door we were in awe at the cleanliness, the space and the beautiful decor. It truly was our home away from home and the location was awesome. If you are planning Disneyworld, this is the way to go. We were in spitting distance of the parks, shopping and food. The pool was wonderfully warm and the hot tub felt great after walking miles in the parks. We are already planning for next year and I highly recommend this home to anybody! There is so much space that you will never trip over eachother. The video games and games room is perfect for the kids. The king size beds were oh-so-beautifully big and comfortable! Our first day wake up call was the management's company tour operator selling us our Disneyworld tickets and they came right to our door - So incredibly convenient. I was extremely impressed and miss it! With 9 of us being in the house you'd think it would be crowded but it never was. The privacy and security was another real bonus. Never did we feel unsafe. This is a vacation villa that everyone will love!

We enjoyed our stay at Everest Oasis . We stayed 8 nights with our children and grands. The house was more than we ever dreamed that it would be. It was nicely furnished and very clean. We enjoyed the pool,hot tub,gameroom and yes the WiFi. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends.

First and foremost we would have to say this is a very good property to visit. The home is spacious and we would recommend this property if your looking for a very nice vacation rental. The home was as described very clean all the traits of your home. The one feature we liked is that all the rooms had there on bathrooms and DVD players we took kids and you know how they can get. The property is about 8-10 miles from a good grocery store which would be Wal-mart on US 27 so make sure that you definately have a rental car or vehicle as you will definately need one to get everywhere. We did have very small problems (getting game systems to work, getting to the correct entance of the resort) but the vacation rental management company was very fast and detailed and helped at a moments notice which we appreciated very much. As with any rental make sure you keep all correspondence with the owners as it will come in very handy after a long day at the theme parks. If you like seafood you have an abundance of places to choose from as well as other places to eat. Also, we do recommend that you carry dollar bills and change in your vehicle as the toll roads for visitors can get quite expensive while coming and going and you will be on them at some point.

Everest Oasis was a fantastic place to stay while our family spent a few days in the Orlando area. The house was roomy, well furnished, immaculate and perfect for my husband and me, our adult daughter, son, daughter-in-law and two young grandsons. It had so much to offer including the pool, a Wii, and an activity room, that we questioned why we were even leaving the property to go sightseeing. Its close proximity to Disney was great because we could go to the park, return to the house for naps, and then return to the park again for the evening. I have already recommended this place to several of my friends.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home Feb 2009- March 2009. This home is great! Very spacious and comfortable. Close to the parks. We had to walk a block from the home and could see the firework shows from Disney at night!

The pool was a big hit with our family. Would definitely stay here again. It was hard to leave! Thanks again!
