Your family will love the awesome views of beach, water and sunsets at this spacious (3000 sq') townhome on Scenic Gulf Drive. We are in the perfect location, next door to Destiny. Close to all of Destin's great attractions. Directly on the water you will step off of the deck onto an uncrowded private beach. This outstanding townhome has a Queen bed in the Master Bedroom with a walk in closet and jacuzzi. There is a Full bed and a twin in the second bedroom, a Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and a bunk room with a full on the bottom and twin on top. There are also two sleeper sofas. We have two FULL kitchens, one on the main level and one on the beach level. We have two full size washer and dryers and AC units, WiFi and six TVs with DVD/VCR. There are three large lighted decks, a stainless gas grill with extra propane, outdoor shower, lots of tables, lounges and deck chairs and a private entrance directly to the deck & beach. It is a great place for your Destin family get together.

Destin is the 'World's Luckiest Fishing Village' and they have any kind of fishing available that you could possibly desire. You can take advantage of the many wonderful salt water charters or party boats. Or rent your own boat. They have fresh water or salt water. In the Gulf, in the Bay, half day, full day or overnight. Visit the Destin marina when the fishing boats come in for a sight of the plentiful catches and watch them display the many varieities of fish that are caught in Destin. **If a Golfing Destination is your aim, you have also certainly come to the right place. Emerald Bay is an 18 hole semiprivate championship course, The Golf Garden is a family golf center which features a lighted nine hole par 9 executive golf course and 10 acre practice area. Indian Bayou another popular semiprivate course features three nines that are played in three different 18 hole combinations. Rigatta Bay was ranked in the 'Top 200' courses in the USA and one of the 'Top 15' in Florida.

Notes: There is an outdoor shower on the deck. The downstairs can serve as an independent apartment by itself. It has a kitchen with complete full sized appliances ( a second range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, a second coffee maker, blender, toaster complete set of dishes, silver and utensils all on the beach level. There is also a comfortable second living room with large TV/VCR/DVD. A full bathroom, a second full sized washer and dryer and the third and fourth bedrooms. We also provide beach towels for your convenience and plenty of deck chairs and lounges for comfortably enjoying the deck and ocean breezes. The large stainless steel gas grill will cook delicious fare on the huge deck.

A beautiful setting for our family and friends.

Our family stayed at this condo along with 2 other families. We had a great time and had plenty of room for all 3 families. The deck is huge and leads right onto the beautiful sugar white beach. It was really nice being on a private beach that was right outside the back door! The condo itself is huge with kitchens on two floors. This made it very nice for multiple families and also made it easy and fun for everyone to eat on the deck during one of our days on the beach. The back of condo, facing the beach, is almost all glass so we had a beautiful view the entire time. White sand and emerald green water make a beautiful backdrop to the living areas that we spent time in. There was no shortage of cable televisions, dvd/vcr, and wireless internet for those who wanted it when we weren't on the beach. The private side entrance was great for bring down the kids beach toys and rafts without going through the house. The condo is close to great restaurants and shopping as well. We had a great time and we will be back.

This place was just relaxing, convenient and very beach accessible.

We went as a large group of close friends and loved every day of it, The water was clear, we had our own private beach area right behind the house.
The fact that it is fully equipped with utensils and appliances, and even wi-fi was great! Plenty of room to cook, eat, dance, and even cookout.

My only regret was leaving, I am thinking this place will probably be an annual visit.
The manager is also a very sweet lady.

Our family met at this outstanding townhome for a long overdue reunion and it couldn't have been a more perfect setting. This is the most gorgeous beach I have ever seen--including Aruba which I thought was unbeatable. It seems the owners have thought of everything to make your stay very special. The location, wonderful private beach, marvelously maintained townhome, and owner's attention to detail make this the best vacation rental I have ever experienced.
