Description of the Chatham vacation farmhouse rental
Located in Chathamport on two and a half acres of land, three miles from downtown Chatham, 10 minutes walk to a warm water bay beach, golf, fishing, shopping are all nearby. This is a lovely antique with brand new kitchen with double wall ovens, ceramic cook top, dishwasher and granite countertops. The tavern rooms is a large room with leather furniture, a wet bar and big screen TV. The mud room has a double sink and new front loading bosch washer and dryer. There is a formal dining room. The parlor is very spacious with 3 couches with fireplace. There is a small study room which in by gone era served as the Chathamport pony express office.
The master bedroom , which is on the first floor, has a king and private bath. The upstairs has a large bedroom with 2 doubles, another bedroom with 1 queen, and 2 smaller bedrooms with a single bed in each bedroom. A large play room is off the tavern.
