We found it peaceful and quiet, a true refuge from the business of modern life style, both comfortable and homely, and spacious enough so that three of us didn't step on each other's feet. We found the trees surrounding the cabin and beautiful lake Champlain have nourishing, almost therapeutic quality and the closeness to the private beach and shore of the lake makes it a perfect holiday place.

I am sending this email from Mumbai India - 20 million people in one city. I'm here on an unplanned business trip - had to leave only two days after we got back from Vermont. My children had the best time and can't wait to return. The cabin is tastefully done and well kept. The beach and lake are peaceful and inviting. The hosts are spectacular -- there if you need them, absent if you need privacy. We were very sad to see the week end and look forward to our visit next year.
