This home was built in 2004 with new owners in 2006. It's a bright clean property only a few minutes walk from a hiking trail. It is an easy drive to Acadia National Park and the other island villages.

Property description: The house is on one and a half acres in a private and quiet neighborhood. The location on the Island makes it very accessible to all Mount Desert Island has to offer.

First Floor: There is an entrance through the two car garage, which is ideal for storing kayaks and bikes. The dining and kitchen area are open and spacious. The table seats 6 and the counter can accomodate 2 and looks out on a small deck with the gas grill. There is a queen bedroom, full bathroom and laundry. The Living is open and spacious.

Second Floor: The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The bathroom has a seperate shower and jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a set of twin beds. Also, on this floor is a sitting room which gives you an opportunity to watch TV or read. There is a full bath off the hallway.
