Townhome, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Located in the FIVE-STAR premier resort Windsor Palms in Kissimmee near Orlando. A great choice for a family vacation to the Disney Theme Parks. And ours offers all the comforts of home, and more including wireless high-speed Internet.

Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The living room and each bedroom also have newly-installed ceiling fans.

There are three master bedrooms - with full bath en suites. The first floor has an open floor plan and is tiled throughout. The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen comes with a refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, toaster, and coffeemaker - and is perfect for cooking a hearty breakfast before hitting the theme parks.

The great room has a 46" flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open from the great room out to the private screened-in lanai with a private heated 12 x 12 pool/spa with jets overlooking the courtyard. A child safety screen is included.

The bedroom with adjoining bath on the first floor is carpeted and equipped with a queen size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. Upstairs there are two carpeted master suites, one equipped with king-size bed and a 32" flat screen TV, the other two twin beds with a 32" TV and X-Box gaming system with wireless controller. A washer and dryer is also provided on the second floor. A pack and play, high chair, covered stroller, walker, and ride on toy available for your use.

When you are ready to print your boarding passes, a printer is available for your use,

While guests in our home, you'll have free access to all resort amenities including a full-size Olympic pool, a six-person jacuzzi, a recreation room, fitness center, convenience store, business center with high speed Internet access, Barbeque picnic area, bike rentals, and a clubhouse. Shuttle service to the parks is available for a small fee, at the convenience store.

Our property management service is available 24 hours a day for emergency service on our property. They also offer discounts at nearby golf clubs as well as discounted park tickets.

About The Owner

Hi, we are Ed And Nancy Wojcik. We have 3 children who absolutely love Florida and Walt Disney World. We are from Northwest Indiana and have lived here our whole lives. The winters here can be brutal and we wanted some refuge from the cold. Orlando here we come!!

Disney, Universal and Sea World are a hop, skip, and a jump away. You are practically at Disney's door. Conveniently located off of 192 with an endless selection of restaurants to satisfy any craving or stay in and cook dinner yourself in our complete kitchen.

What makes this townhome unique

Enjoy our private splash pool with open retention area behind property. Corner unit has no rear neighbors. Short walk to the clubhouse and olympic size pool. Many updates for your comfort.

We stayed at "Disney's Doorstep" during the week off Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time! The townhouse is really just a stone's throw from the parks- which we visited for two of the days during our stay. The remainder of the time we took advantage of the wonderful ammenties of the complex. There is a movie theater, large heated pool, tennis courts, game room....the list goes on. The kids LOVED the small heated pool in the lanai of the townhouse. They had as much fun in there than anywhere.
Ed & Nancy were always quick to answer any questions. The townhouse is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We had a great time and I'm sure your family will as well. Highly recommended!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

We had such a great time at the house. It was perfect for our family of four.In fact we could have slept 2 more people comfortably. The kids were in Heaven with the pool and their own selection of movies. At Disney's Doorstep was the perfect place for us to stay from the quiet neighbood to being close to Disney's amenities.
