Professionally decorated and appointed, our Atrium Villa on Seabrook Island is only steps from 3 miles of a wide pristine private beach. Also, adjacent to our Villa, are 3 beach-side swimming pools with cabana to order your favorite drinks and ice cream shop, Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks Golf Courses and Pro-shop, Island House Restaurant, Seabrook Variety Shop, Fitness Center, bike rentals, kids clubhouse and basketball courts. Seabrook Island also has an full service equestrian center to enjoy beach and marsh horseback rides, World Class Tennis facilities, and wildlife galore! Literally lay in bed and watch the Dolphins in the Atlantic Ocean and Brown Pelicans fly by. Bohicket Marina offers shops, restaurants, boating and more.
Only 30 minutes from downtown Charleston, S.C. are renown restaurants, carriage tours, harbor cruises, 'The Battery,' straw market, art galleries, aquarium, children's museum and Fort Sumter. The low country is replete with history and charm.

Seabrook Island is located in the enchanted Maritime Forest of the South Carolina low-country. Consisting of Palmeto palms, live oaks with Spanish moss, and Loblolly pines, the forest gives way to 3 miles of pristine, expansive beaches. Just a 30 minute drive will get you into downtown Charleston with world class restaurants, variety of nightlife, museums, historic Battery, art galleries, straw market, Fifth Avenue shopping, carriage rides, children's museum, IMAX, aquarium, harbor cruises, and ferry to Fort Sumter. Historic mansions and plantations are always available for day trips. Bohicket Marina, just outside the Security gate, offers deep sea and freshwater charters along with boat rentals. One mile from Seabrook Island is Freshfields, an upscale shopping complex with Newton Farms groceries, Hege's Restaurant, Post Office, drug store, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and beach wear shops. A medical clinic is located just outside the security gate.
