Newly constructed home a stone's throw from private Lake Michigan beach in a small association. This home offers spectacular views of Lake Michigan from just about every room. This is as close to the water as you can be without being waterfront. This 3 BR, 2 BA home features the following amenities: 2 king size beds, two double beds and a blow up mattress, two living areas with sliders opening to the waterfront and leather furniture, a LARGE deck that is partially covered for relief from the sun, an upper deck off the master bedroom, hardwood floors, solid surface countertops, whirlpool jet tub in the master bathroom, maple cabinets, HD widescreen TV w/DVD player and sound system, high speed internet, and an attached garage. The home is completely furnished and ready for you and your family to enjoy. If you like to use the water, look at the water and hear the waves without paying waterfront prices, this is the best you will find. Please NO pets as our son is allergic.

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. The amenities were great and well thought out! It was almost like being at home! It is definitely the kind of place we would return to make more family memories.

Beach access was convenient, outdoor shower great, especially loved the views from the deck!

2nd time renters, we never want to leave short walk to the beach. Kids have fun walking to the little dunes in the area. Every safe for kids and very quiet area. Ideal part of Silver Lake. A gold mine for us.
