Photos and Description of the Poipu vacation condo rental Condominium - 2 Master Bedrooms - 2.5+ Baths - (Sleeps 5)

This beautiful condo is located in the Makahuena Resort Complex. This condo is 1200 sq ft, two story, two bedroom, two and a half bath and is newly refurbished with great views and sounds of the ocean from the condo and the lanai. The kitchen has new granite counter tops, all new cabinets and appliances. This townhome features two master suites each with king-size beds and full private baths. Each bath has all new cabinets, tile counter tops and sinks. The living room/dining room has a new tile floor as does the lanai Cable TV and broadband Internet access is included with this condo. We are situated just yards from the water on levels three and four of the complex. The Grand Hyatt Hotel and Poipu Bay Golf Course is less than one mile away. The Sheraton Hotel and Mariott Waiohai Beach Club are about one mile in the other direction. The freshly painted condominium complex includes a large tile lined pool and spa and night lighted tennis court.

We absolutely loved this condo. The tradewinds and sounds of the ocean were great and the beds were so comfortable. This is a great place for two couples as each has their own bed and bath. I would love to return here in the future. Thanks for a great place at a reasonable price.

Paradise was found!! We truly enjoyed our stay from 3/31/09 to 4/10/009. Condo is beautiful. Grounds were kept immaculate. After seeing the whole island, we knew we had made the right choice of our location and condo. Short walk to the beaches - saw lots of turtles, monk seals, whales!!! Loved the little town "Koloa" and the "Big Save" grocery store. We can still hear the roosters crowing and laugh about all the chickens we encountered everywhere!!!
Thanks Mel and Kim for letting us stay at your "Hawaiian Home". We hope to be back one day soon. Mahalo.

Great Condo, clean, comfortable, beautifully
furnished ammenities galore. A spectacular view of
ocean from lanai. Easy access by car to anywhere
on the island. Walking to beach, other interesting
sites. Next to Poipu Bay Golf Course, home of the
PGA Grand Slam, & the Hyatt, great food and views.
If visiting Kauai, stay here. Mahalo, The Bramletts

Our group of 4, including one young child, were very happy with the condo, the location, and the grounds. The condo is beautifully appointed and well-maintained, with all the amenities, including equipment for the beach for us and our little one. Both beds were extremely comfortable (and we are picky!). The pool and jacuzzi in the complex were very clean and were the perfect temperature, and the barbeque area was convenient and well-maintained.

We would definitely return here and would not hesitate to recommend this condo to friends and family.
