This lakefront condo was built in 2006, professionally decorated in 2007. Ground floor corner location (#6111) is absolutely perfect for families who want to be close to the pool or those who will be carrying coolers to their boat. The covered patio is surrounded by grass that gently slopes toward the lake. The dock and swimming area with a sandy beach are visible from the patio. The only things between the building and the lake are picnic tables and beautiful green space. The swimming pool area includes two slides, a wading pool, a hot tub, and plenty of room for lounging and sunbathing. The condo has a king suite and two queen rooms. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities and leads to a laundry room. There is also a gas grill on the patio. This is a beautiful, clean, new condo, and will make a fantastic vacation retreat. The area is peaceful and serene, yet Branson is only ten minutes away with endless activities and fun.

Paradise Point Resort is on the shores of Table Rock Lake in the beautiful Ozarks. In addition to all the resort and lake activities, Branson is fun for everyone. The new Branson Landing has upscale shops and great restaurants. There are live music shows, magic shows, dinner theaters, and local festivals throughout the year. Silver Dollar City is twenty minutes away. Celebration City is a family friendly theme park with a great laser/music video show every night. See the Shepherd of the Hills outdoor theater. Go to the College of the Ozarks, Whitewater is a water park for all ages. Visit the new Titanic Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Hollywood Wax Museum, Ride the Ducks, play Putt Putt, IMAX, cinemas, Outlet shopping...the list goes on and on. 50 miles away in Springfield, see the St. Louis Cardinals AA baseball team play at Hammons Field. Check out the Wonders of Wildlife museum next to Bass Pro Shops, ride through Fantastic Caverns, go ice skating or visit the zoo.

Resort Amenities: The resort has a clubhouse with fitness room, pool table, ping pong table, tanning bed, and video rental. There is a sauna close to the pool area. The pool is heated when necessary, and the 16 person hot tub is available year round. There are walking trails and a picnic area. The enclosed Sports Dome has two tennis courts and basketball goal. Boat slips are available for $15 per night but must be reserved ahead of time. There is a boat launch and plenty of parking for the trailer. Table Rock Lake has some of the best small mouth bass fishing around. There are several golf courses nearby.

Seasonal Ideas: Consider visiting during the off-season and enjoy the breathtaking fall foliage and the festivals at Silver Dollar City or surrounding towns. The gas fireplace is a cozy place to curl up and read a book. Maybe you would enjoy shopping the outlet after season sales. Branson area merchants participate in Ozark Mountain Christmas and there are several light displays and special Holiday shows.

Condo Highlights: This condo is built for fun. The decor is casually elegant, new, clean, and will meet all your needs. With 1500 Square feet, there is room to spread out. Kids can enjoy playing on the yard right outside the door, or play a game on the PS2 if it's raining. The master bedroom is equipped with a large flat screen TV and beautiful furnishings. You can use the gas grill on your patio and relax on the new patio furniture or eat at a picnic table close to the lake. All linens are provided and there is a washer and dryer off of the kitchen for your convenience. The dining area seats six comfortably around the table and there are two barstools at the counter height breakfast bar.

My family just returned from staying in this condo for 7 nights,
we really enjoyed it, the resort was nice, brand new swimming pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball the kids enjoyed.
I would recommend this to anyone.

Not only is the condo beautiful and very well maintained and equipt, but the whole complex is absolutely wonderful for a family. Sure it is a little out of the way, but that is the calm after the excitement of the city. Your condo exceeded our expectations! Out of the several different places we have stayed with our family before, this one we will definitely come back to!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo!!

Wonderful home away from home!

We met my in-laws and stayed at this property in the fall of 2007. This is a beautifully decorated condo with a lakefront view and plenty of space. There is patio furniture and a grill available to enjoy. It was clean and neat and the owners had everything there at our disposable. For those wishing to be close to the Branson strip, this location is a bit off the beaten track; however, for our purposes, this was perfect and we were able to be in Branson in about 20 minutes. The resort - particularly this time of year - was quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay!
