Destin Beach Delight is a luxury two bedroom, two bath condominium located at the famous Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, the heart of the emerald coast. Pelican Beach boasts the most complete amenities of any beach resort in the area. Located directly on the white sand beaches of Destin, the resort offers an expansive beach area where beach service and water activities are available seasonally. The resort also contains a huge lagoon pool, complete with waterfall and tiki bar, an indoor-outdoor heated pool, and kiddie pool. Vacationers can sit back and relax in the sauna, steam room, or hot tub. Fitness buffs can walk or run on the beach, work out in the well-equipped health club, or play a few sets on the resort's modern tennis courts. Pelican Beach also contains a family friendly restaurant which offers a pizzeria, deli-bakery, gourmet groceries, snacks, and beer or wine (open seasonally).

The designer decorated, modern condo sleeps six comfortably and carries the resort's highest rating. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation condo. Our trip was planned at the last minute during spring break and the owner made rental arrangements less stressful and helpful. The property was clean and management was very professional always. I do have a suggestion regarding renting chairs and umbrella---DO IT EARLY! Second row is Good!! Good memories with my daughters!

We loved our stay there and the condo was wonderful. It was a pleasure to communicate with the owner and he made it very easy. Pelican Beach was great, quiet, love the indoor pool. No problems. Two suggestions: The wind coming in the front door crack was voluminous and cold on windy nights and it seemed that the master shower did not have as much hot water (temperature was only warm) as the other shower. Just letting you know. We would like to rent this condo again, God-willing! Thanks so much!

Our stay at Pelican Breeze was every enjoyable. We loved the view from the 16th floor. There wasn't ever a long wait for the elevator and the Fall pricing was great! We would definitely rent from this owner again.

Nice Get Away

The over all experience was very nice, however we were not very pleased that the beaches were blocked off on each side. It was very crowded. We had to go to the public beach just so we would have room to ourselves without having to listen to people talking and smelling their smoke & cologne. The room was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but very nice for the price.
