We are located in the very popular Kanai A Nalu complex on the beginning of five miles of uninterrupted beach. We are on the top floor and are direct oceanfront. Our 4th floor unit provides spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, Haleakala Volcano, Molokini Island, Kaahoolawe Island, and the entire south shore of Maui and also some of the best whale watching on the island right from your private lanai (in season). Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, surfing, and boogie boarding right out your door on one of the quietest beaches on the island. The world-famous 'Freight Train' swell breaks directly in front of our condominium affording you incredible surfing (in season). We are in the most centrally located spot on Maui which offers you endless possibilities only a few minutes away.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: $95 cancellation fee if canceled more than 60 days before arrival. The balance of the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 60 days (Value Season) or 75 days (Peak Season) of arrival, the cancellation policy forfeits the $200 deposit. Less than 30 days before arrival (Value Season) or 45 days (Peak Season), the entire rent is forfeited, unless we can re-rent the unit. We recommend trip insurance for these cases.

You can't go wrong

The condo completely lived up to it's expectations in every regard. The location is great and views are breathtaking. It is clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and fully equiped. The in-unit laundry provided a valued convenience, so you don't need to overpack. It is plenty big as our family of 4 (including 2 teen agers) had adequate space and never felt cramped. It is located in a nice, quiet part of the island where you can relax and not have to fight traffic or large crowds. However, there are sufficient ammenities within walking distance. The check-in/out process went very smoothly and there were no surprises at any point. The only word of caution is that while the air conditioner is very powerful, it has difficulty reaching the back bedroom and sometimes it was a little warm in there. I would recommend this unit to anyone and would select it again if we are fortunate enough to return to Maui

A/C is rarely needed on this part of the island. We get a constant natural breeze from the trade winds that pass through. If you use all the ceiling fans in the condo and open the front door, it provides an abundant amount of air passing through to keep the whole condo cool.

We loved this place. We woke up every morning to the surf beating on the beach. This was the first time, but not the last time, we vacationed in a condo and found it to be just like being at home only the setting was so much more relaxing.

This was our first trip to Maui, May 2008. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. The condo met all of our expectations. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. My parents loved watching the turtles. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, everything was fansactic. Mahalo and thanks for the memories.

We stayed here in March 2008. We loved the views. Watching the whales during this time was fantastic. This condo was very comfortable, clean and had most everything we needed to make this our brief home away from home. The only thing we missed was a real full size oven. The toaster oven just didn't quite cut it, but we made it work. We made our gf/cf bread in that little thing! Having our kids with us, it was great to have full laundry in the unit as well. We were very comfortable and slept well with the sound of the waves. Neighbors were also very respectful observing quiet hours. We used the pool, the grills, the beach. All fantastic! Wish we could go back!
Owner's Response: Mahalo for your positive feedback. I just wanted to clarify the topic of the oven. Not only do we have a toaster over in our condo. We also have a fairly large convection oven that serves the purpose as a traditional oven.

Located as close to the water as you can be without getting wet! Located on the 4th floor, the views are unbelievable! Condo is 1st class in every regard....like new! Centrally located with easy access to all Maui has to offer! I have been to Maui 3 times....this is the best deal ever! I will defintely return. Feel free to call with any questions....Mahalo.
