Just steps from the ocean, the baby condo of fun has everything you need, with a lot of free parking available.

Relax on the balcony overlooking the lovely outdoor pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The view from the balcony includes a partial view of the bay. This condo features basic directv television with a DVD/VCR player and a small library of movies. The kitchenette includes a stove with oven, nice size refrigerator, and microwave. RECENT UPGRADES - new carpeting, a new mattress, and a new refrigerator!

This small yet adorable efficiency can help you create long lasting memories. Bring a cell phone - no phone in condo.

  • Summer (on season) rentals for 2013 are from Sunday (2 pm) to Sunday (10 am).
  • Memorial Day to Labor Day . $660/week. No Last Minute Rentals Considered.

Great little spot for 2

This condo was perfect for a quick, budget weekend getaway for my husband and me. A couple with one kid would fit, mayyybe 2 if they were little - not much floor space. The location is excellent - literally 100 feet from the beach at 62nd st, right in the middle of the strip. The only negatives were that the mattress has a bit of a bend in the middle and the carpet's on the worn side. The TV and DVD player work and the couch is comfy, so on the day that poor weather kept us off the beach we were able to cozy up with some movies. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and the AC worked just fine. It was also nice to have the sliding door for fresh air if we wanted. I hope we get a chance to return!

I haven't been down there since spring, and I will take a look at them when I go down next month (November). The condo has been rented almost full-time since May, and perhaps there has been some wear and tear from other renters that I do not know about. A very nice affordable family vacation!

The Baby Condo turned out to be a great vacation for our family. Everything in the condo was exactly as shown in the pictures, neat & clean. The owner was extremely helpful and always answered any questions I had in a very timely fashion.
I definately reccomend the Baby Condo of Fun! Its just minutes to the beautiful beach or to the bus to take you anywhere in OC!

Just what we needed

Perfect for my wife and I on a three-day stay. Property and amenities just as described; owner very responsive and timely with all communications. Great location to connector and next to beach. Pool area looked great, but we were there 1 week before it opened so could not use. Will probably look to rent again as my wife and I have family in the area.

It's worth checking the Ocean City Tourism calendar to see events in the area during the time of your stay. Failing to do so, my wife and I were surprised we were there during "Classic Car Cruise'n week." We enjoyed the cars, but just caught off guard by the event and evening noise on the main strip as the cars flaunted their stuff accelerating from red lights and condo is so close to main strip.

We stayed for a week last year with two kids. It was the size of a typical hotel room but had a full kitchen, which was great for saving money on going out to eat. In general, it was perfect for us. the pool was viewable from the balcony, which was warm, cozy and very private. I do wish the tv was newer, it was a little small. but we spent so little time in the room it wasnt too much of an issue. Thanks again for providing for a great vacation!!!
