Great first floor condo with large patio in back that leads out to an open, grassy area. Very close to Olympic sized pool/jacuzzi/rec center/grill. Non-attached 2-car garage is in front of unit. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all appliances. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and the living room has comfortable, plush couches, fireplace and TV/DVD. Both spaces have sliding glass doors that lead out to the Saltillo tiled patio. We just furnished the condo in March 2007, so all furniture is brand new! The master bedroom has a king bed, nightstands and a chest, as well as three closets and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands, a chest and a spacious closet. The third bedroom has a desk and two twin beds, as well as a spacious closet. This location can't be beat--very close to spas, golf, great shopping and restaurants, 101 freeway, as well as kid treats like the Railroad park, museums, malls, and more! Very close to charming Old Scottsdale!

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with nightstands and a chest. Also there is a spacious closet. Bedroom 3 has a desk, 2 twin beds (trundle bed) and a spacious closet. All furniture/mattresses are brand new as of March 2007, purchased directly from a furniture store!
