Description of the Indian Shores vacation condo rental
Beautiful 3 bedroom condo located in south Indian Rocks Beach between St Pete Beach, and Clearwater Beach. South end unit on the 6th floor. unrestricted views from the east, south and west. Master bedroom overlooks Gulf Coast, bedroom 2 and 3 overlook intercoastal waterway. Unit has tile floors throughout. Master bathroom has whirlpool tub. Master bedroom has king bed, bedroom 2 and 3 have queen beds. Washer and dryer, A/C, central heat, dish washer. Heated pool. Two floors enclosed parking. Unit has private steel gate before entry door, so when in unit you can lock gate, and open all sliding glass doors in bedrooms, and be secure. All bedrooms have glass sliding doors that open to balconies. Building was just completely painted on exterior, looks like new. Many people own and live in their unit at The Rose, so building is top condition, and well maintained.

Indian Shores is located half way between St Pete Beach, and Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast. You are only one and a half hour away from Disney World. When you are not sitting on the deck, watching the dolphin's swim by, you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, art museum's, golf course's, amusement parks, fresh water lakes, parks, festivals through-out the year, spring training for several baseball teams, Tampa Bay Bucks only 20 min away, deep sea fishing, swimming, sun tanning, or just relaxing on the beach, you will never run out of things to do.

- Master bedroom has 8' sliding glass doors that overlooks gulf coast. At night you can listen to the waves, and sleep like a new born baby. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are at the entry side of the condo that have 6' sliding glass doors to a balcony that has a security gate, so you can leave doors open to your bedrooms, and be secure. They also overlook the inter coastal waterway on the east side of the condo.
