The area is not as intensely tourist as Myrtle Beach itself but is within a few minutes of all of the attractions you may be looking for. Take a short trip to amusement parks, go carts, the myrtle Beach Boardwalk, much more and be back to your beach in time to sit on the balcony and watch the beautiful colors of a beach sunset. or,,, maybe take a walk along the beach with the waves licking at your toes.

More about the condo and fall rentals: The indoor pool is a feature especially attractive to those snow birds who may want to rent during the winter months. A well maintained wide beach, large deck, BBQ grills, a large air conditioned enclosed common area with drink and snack machines. A game area is available for the children or maybe the kid in you. All appliances are available in this large comfortable condo even an iron and ironing board are provided. Cleaning and linens are included. . The condo includes a wetbar, fireplace and a jacuzzi style tub in the master bathroom. Be sure to consider the fall season. The crowds are smaller, the weather's still wonderful, and most attractions are still open.

Condo was as advertised with excellent view and clean. There were two maintenance issues that were reported to the office but were not resolved during our stay. The condo was a very good value. Would be good for two couples or family with 2-3 kids.

We stayed here a week in July 2009. A very nice unit at a reasonable rate. The oceanfront views and beach are spectacular, nice indoor and outdoor pools, and the location is right in the mix of all the great things to do in North Myrtle Beach starting with Barefoot Landing less than 5 minutes away. I highly it.

Love the Beach Front Condo

Clean, well kept condo with easy access to the beach. Outdoor swimming pool has a shaded area for those needing to get out of the sun but still wanting to be outside. Lots of shopping, eating and entertainment close by. Owner very easy to communicate with. I would recommend this location/condo to all my friends.
