In June 2007, the New York Times selected our unit out of all of the available units in Destin to feature in a real estate piece written for the paper. NY Times writer, Amy Gunderson researched the units in Destin and was so impressed with the amount of upgrades and extras to our unit that she featured it in her article. You will find our vacation home in Ariel Dunes II (completed May 2007) within the incomparable Seascape Resort. Located on the 14th floor, our unit provides unobstructed views of the waves lapping against the shore. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath platinum unit features EVERYTHING custom throughout; from porcelain tile, to the granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances to flat panel HDTV's, to 400 thread count sheets and custom linens. Our vacation home provides the ultimate in comfort and elegance. Three separate pools, world class golfing, clean and pristine white beaches and clear blue waters are all awaiting you at our Destin vacation home.

  • The master bath features a double vanity, garden tub with a warm tile back splash, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hall way. It has a large shower and bath tub combination.

The king size bed has a luxurious pillow-top, adorned with 400 thread-count sheets, custom-made bedding, and lots of comfy pillows. A wide 32” LCD flat panel HDTV sits atop the full length dresser. A large eight foot sliding glass door provides private access to the balcony from the master bedroom, offering a romantic late night view of the sunset! The second bedroom features two twin size beds with a beautiful dresser and separate closet. It also has its own 20” LCD flat panel HDTV and DVD player. The view from the guest bedroom is impressive, providing a peaceful look across the Seascape golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Your guests can enjoy an evening cocktail at the bar with its 3 comfortable bar stools, while you prepare a meal in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. You can then shift to the adjoining dining area; which boasts a large and spacious table with seating for six. You will find that our kitchen is extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibility need! The granite countertops, tile backspash & wood cabinetry enhance the rich elegance. A separate laundry room with a full size, LG front loading washer and dryer are available within our unit. Free local phone and wireless internet access is also at your disposal. You will also have a XBox 360 gaming system available to keep all ages entertained!
