Relax at the comfortable Sea Garden, close to Pleasant Beach and nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Walk to Nantucket Sound a few blocks away or stroll to either Forest Beach or Red River Beach. Well constructed home with hardwood floors is situated on level corner lot. Southern exposure and bow front window bring bright light into the living room and common areas. Open floor plan on main level combines spacious living room with dining area and adjacent fully equipped kitchen. Large L-shaped master bedroom with king has its own full bath and double marble vanity. Master BR opens onto sun room with slate floor and over-sized picture windows overlooking mature plantings and private backyard. At opposite end is second bedroom with queen. Second full bath located centrally on main floor. Basement has two additional finished rooms-- one with queen and the other with two twins. House was renovated in 2005 and furnished with Pottery Barn products and all new beds.
