Additional information about rental rates

  • Payment will be accepted by personal cheque/check, electronic transfer or money order in UK Sterling or US Dollars or Euro's. A deposit of £150, euro 150 or $250 per week is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Full payment is necessary if reservation is made within 8 weeks of arrival. Directions to the home, keys and contact details of our local management company will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
  • Prices include cleaning after departure, all sales and resort taxes, cable TV, electricity, towels, linen, water and local telephone calls. Use of the communal facilities is also free and includes a large outdoor pool with terracing, basketball, floodlit tennis, children play park and lakeside walks. Pool heating is available during the Winter months (November - April) at the rate of £45, euro 45 or $75 per week.
    A security deposit of £150 ($250) may be payable on booking and will be returned shortly after your stay upon confirmation of the home being vacated in a satisfactory condition. Alternatively a credit card imprint will be requested by our management company on arrival.
  • Discounts are available for late bookings and for longer term stays of over two weeks. Call or email for details.

  • There are two large bathrooms available in the home. One is en-suite to the main bedroom and is tastefully decorated to compliment the bedroom. It is equipped with an oval bath and seperate shower cubicle. Off the bathroom is a WC and a very spacious air conditioned walk-in wardrobe. The family bathroom is bright and clean and again has a shower and bathroom and WC. It is adjacent to bedrooms 1,2 and 3. Ample towels are provided and a hair drier is in the master en-suite.

  • All the bedrooms are attractively decorated and spacious. Each has its own built in wardrobe space and bedside tables and lamps. As well as air-conditioning, each has a fan / light for your comfort. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and is decorated with youngsters in mind. It is equipped with a well stocked toy cupboard to give Mums and Dads a break!

Notes: The home has cathedral ceilings & is decorated in an ‘Americana style’ to compliment the extensive facilities & conveniences. Open plan kitchen with informal eating area has every appliance - dishwasher, ceramic hob range, American style refrigerator/freezer with ice dispenser. There is also a separate utility room & large washing machine & dryer. There is an open plan family room, ample seating, reclining chair, large cable TV with DVD, telephone. The second room is more tranquil area with dining for 8, comfortable sofas & soft furnishings overlooking the front gardens. A large caged outdoor pool is protected by a removable child safety fence surrounded by a large patio equipped with sun-loungers . It enjoys day-long sunshine but benefits from a shaded area & two overhead fans. An outdoor dining table/six chairs is provided & atmospheric lighting enhances evening dining. The sunny master bedroom, true king-size bed, cable tv, ensuite & walk in wardrobe. Toys provided in kids rooms.

Best Beaches in Bradenton/Sarasota area: Bradenton's barrier island to the west has a number of wonderful beaches. Manatee Avenue connects the mainland to Anna Maria Island via the Palma Sola Causeway, adjacent to which is a long, sandy beach fronting Palma Sola Bay. There are boat ramps, a dock, and picnic tables. Anna Maria Bayfront Park is a secluded beach & fronts both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Facilities include picnic grounds, a playground, rest rooms, showers, and lifeguards. N. Bay Blvd., adjacent to municipal pier for strolling, fishing and eating. Cortez Beach. This beach is popular with those who don't mind beaches without facilities -- nothing but sand, water, and trees. Gulf Blvd., Bradenton Beach. Coquina Beach is big with singles and families. Facilities here include a picnic area, boat ramp, playground, refreshment stand, rest rooms, showers, and lifeguards. Manatee County Beach is popular with all ages. Hi Richard,

I just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your lovely home. It was so relaxing to come back to it every day after we had been out and about. It was great that it had 2 areas to sit and relax in--the men could watch t.v. and the girls could read in the comfortable area at the front of the house. We have been to Sabal Harbour before and love the area, so this was perfect. We made good use of the pool and really enjoyed sitting out on the spacious lanai.

I also wanted to let you know that the management company that you have is wonderful. When I went to give them my credit card as a security deposit, I mentioned some things that we noticed when we arrived, so they wouldn't think that we had done them (ie. broken coffee pot lid, broken cupboard door). I certainly didn't expect them to do anything about these things, I just wanted to let them know. The lovely woman there, gave us a new coffee maker on the spot. She was also very helpful in giving us maps and brochures for things to see in the area. The next day a gentleman came by and took away the broken kitchen cupboard door. He then returned and reinstalled it the following day. We were very impressed.

Again, I just wanted to say that both you and the management company have made this rental experience enjoyable and worry free :)

Lovely villa,spacious, well equipped,great location,loved the decor we all felt at home as soon as we entered.Pool area is great for relaxing and the kitchen perfect for those meals at home although plenty of restaurants within easy reach,there's also an extensive library so you can chill out with a good book!.Beaches within 30 mins drive,good shopping 15 mins away at ellenton mall(you may need an extra case) and the obvious attractions of orlando 1hr20 mins and busch gdns 45 mins away.We called the management company on two occasions for minor things and both times they responded immediately which was very reassuring and helped with our holiday experience.We would recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area and if asked if we would return the answer would definately be YES!.Thanks again richard for letting us share your home.Steve darbyshire & famliy
Owner's Response: We have recently added and upgraded some of our furnishings and a new large flat screen tv. Pleased that it is appreciated and also that the pool continues to be a big favourite with everyone who stays. Superb villa with heated pool

We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa has a central location...near to route 70 and 75, so everything was very easy to get to...including Disney World. The restaurants are endless, and spring training baseball games are readily available...even the Yankees and Tampa Bay are only an hour away.
The villa is large, well maintained, and the owner is very accommodating. I would highly reccommend this villa to any of my friends.
I forgot to mention the golf...there are many, many golf courses in the area,too...and, the shopping is great.

Just like home.

If you are looking for comfort and the feeling of being in your own home try this villa! We really enjoyed the large rooms and well stocked kitchen! The neighbors are friendly and the pool is superb! Everything was laid out so all we had to do was take ourselves and clothes. Would recommend this home to my family and friends. Hope to go back again.
Owner's Response: We think that it is important that our guests instantly feel comfortable and at home. Part of that is that the home is in a great neighbourhood with really friendly folks - you won't get that in a hotel !

Fabulous,spacious Villa!

Our family of 4 (2 ads and 2 children aged 9 and 12) stayed here for two weeks after spending an exhausting week in Orlando.
The Vlla is located in an ideal spot with clean, well kept gardens as well as a nicely equipped community area including large pool.
The private pool and sundeck at the Villa is furnished, not only with sunloungers etc but also a super dining table and chairs! We rarely used the lovely indoor dining room as it was brilliant to be able to sit in the sunshine with a meal and a drink watching the children enjoyiing the pool.
The living area is more spacious than I anticipated with the second lounge at the front being such a bonus for some quiet reading time for Mum!
The kitchen is fully equipped-essential for us as we loved shopping at nearby Walmart and cooking delicious meals 'at home'.
From the Villa, we travelled to Busch Gardens, Ellenton Mall, Sarasota and many beaches-all less than an hours drive away.
We recommended the villa to our friends-who subsequently stayed too!
Would definately book again!!!

It is also good to have new renters arriving on the recommendation of their friends and relatives who have stayed previously. There is no better endorsement than that !
