New building, great owner

This is a very nice unit with a great view of the beach, ocean & Miami off in the distance. The location is very convenient; it's located directly at the end of Sunny Isles Blvd (Rt. 826). The building features a well-equipped fitness center that looks over the pool and beach.
The unit itself is clean, nicely furnished, and the kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, etc. are all in like-new condition.
The best part are the owners, who were responsive, interested in our enjoyment of their unit, and very easy to deal with.

You gotta love Sunny Isles and the view

This is a great location it is close to everything and most things are accessibles by foot. The owner Orlando is very kind and extremely accommodating, he treats you the way you want to be treated. If you have any concerns he is at your beckon call, as well everything that is listed in his blurb is provided plus some. The building is very new clean and has great security, great for young families. If and when I return to Sunny Isles I would definitely stay at this location for all of the reasons list above and more, we had a great time and lots of sun 2 weeks worth. Just a side note we stay at the Meridian for 3 nights prior to staying at the condo and it does not compare for many reasons cost is the major reason. I will not say anything else but we will not be staying at the Meridian ever again. Thanks Orlando it was great while it lasted.

we where very happy in renting the condo in january 2009.
It was all it promised to be, the owner "Orlando" went out of his way to make us welcome, explainig the property in to the minute details, which proved to be very helpfull to us. The condo was clean and well taken care off, just like the rest of the building, spotless is one way of discribing it..We would recomend this rental as one of the better once
we rented in the last seven years in Florida.,I recomend this especialy to long term renters. A job well done Orlando,

Great amenities,excellent pool, gym, and play room for kids. Apartment clean and comfortable, kitchen and apartment has everything you need. will be returning in the future if available. Great location, malls, beaches restaurants, everything necessary for a great vacation. GREAT PRICE FOR WHAT YOU GET

Incredible place!

We (mother, son and 2 sisters) just came back from our week stay in the condo. Let me tell you is what you see is what you get. It has the most incredible view of the ocean from the 2 bedrooms (floor-ceiling windows), and the view of the city and ocean from the living area is breathtaking. The unit is very clean, and everything that you can think of is provided , all you need is food and a bathing suit. The location is at the end of R826 , and the beach is gorgeous. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for free and the service is always with a smile. But the most incredible is the Owner. He welcomed us, showed us around, told us everything we needed to know :good places to eat, nearest shopping malls, where to do our groceries...He even took the time to call us during the week to see if we needed anything.

Thanks Orlando for a wonderful vacation, and hope to see you again in the near future.
