Xbalanque del mar is a trilevel gated home located conveniently within walking of West End and West Bay. It is built on a sand beach with a private palapa and a private pier.

Designed for open living, the first level has outdoor facilities for grilling,a full kitchen & a heated infinity spa pool.

The second level houses two bedroom with private baths, an open living dining area, full kitchen and spacious covered decks.

The top level has open living area, full kitchen, elegant master bedroom overlooking a private lagoon. Spacious open deck for sunset and star gazing.

The levels can be rented separately or entire house can be rented. It is perfect for two families. A common area can be enjoyed together while offering some privacy for each family.

Diving, boating, kayaking and fishing can be arranged with pickup at the pier. Many activities are accessible by walking. West End and West Bay are a ten minute walk on the beach, offering restaurants and shopping. A canopy tour is located at the road entrance and Gumbo Limbo park is short walk away.

The home has 24 hour security with maid service or cook available.

Spa treatments can be arranged.

Xbalanque is located on the sea with kayaks provided for snorkeling on the reef. You can walk to Gumbo Limbo Park, West End village, and West Bay beach where there are many restaurants, bars and shops. South shore canopy tour is only 4 minutes at the top of the hill to Xbalanque. Horseback riding on the beach is available. Xbalanque charters two boats for deep water fishing, island tour tours and snorkel tours. With our own private pier, fishing and swimming are right at your door.

Xbalanque is conveniently located to nightlife and bars, but it is a quiet retreat nestled between West Bay and West End, the best of both worlds.

My family and I spent a week scuba diving, zip lining, snorkeling and swimming. We enjoyed the relaxing resort of Xbalanque after all of our activities. Beautiful beaches, yoga on the dock and an amazing menu await you. The owners are the most hospitable people and are personally invested in making your stay an amazing experience. The rooms are amazing! Each has it's on private bathroom and plenty of closet space to organize yourself for your stay! Our kids want to go back next year!
