This cabin was very homey. All the appliances were easy to use and the cabin was very clean. I loved the heat the fireplace generated. The furniture was cozy and we loved the kitchen. The split level is nice if you want privacy. The espresso machine was nice! But bring your own knives! (The ones there are dull).
My sis and I enjoyed a long week at this cabin in September 2014. It was very inside and we agree with a previous reviewer that it's even better than the photos can show. We would return and recommend. At the time we were there the neighborhood was pretty quiet. The only reason I would not recommend for families with very young children is the second story stairs--little ones would be tempted to climb, but if you can keep your eyes on them, then go for it.
This is the second time staying at this super cabin, and we love it. I's one of the nicest cabins in McCall and we've stayed in several over the years. We'll be returning vacationers. It's within walking distance to the lake, and is nestled in a quiet wooded area. Great value for the money. Great shower water pressure, and impressive family room/kitchen for family fun. & activities. Two "thumbs up."
This cabin provided a lovely end of vacation retreat. We enjoyed the spacious, uncluttered, and super-comfortable indoor space and the large lovely deck!
My family and I rented this cabin while in McCall to meet up with old friends for a mini class reunion. We could not have been happier with our choice of lodging! The cabin is even more beautiful than the pictures and is maintained beautifully. We were very close to town, to the north shore, and to Brundage. We had at least 3 deer sightings from the cabin during our stay, which my kids loved. My former classmates stayed nearby and we spent a lot of time moving between the cabins. Their cabin was larger, but ours was so much more current and inviting. They all commented on how nice our nice our rental was, and it tended to be the space the adults retreated to when we would all gather. Lynette was so quick to reply to any inquiries, and the only downside was that we only had four towels, which just meant we would have to do laundry more than we hoped. We will definitely choose this cabin for future stays in McCall!
My friend and I had such a relaxing time at the cabin! Lynette was just a text away when I had a question about the fireplace. A property owner getting back to me at 7:30pm within minutes has never happened before. I would say we were definitely taken care of and this is a lovely property.
