This is a fun beach cottage great for entertaining, great for families with kids. This is a quiet, upscale, family-friendly community on Highway 30-A. We are located between famous Seaside and elegant Rosemary Beach. Our home is a stone's throw from the community pool and a five-minute walk to the beach walkover. We have everything you need for a great vacation: games, books, television and PlayStation II. Love to cook? We have a great little kitchen. Hate to clean? We have linen service. Enjoy fine dining, golf, shopping, hiking, biking and kayaking. This area has it all.

Located on Cty Rd 30-A : 30-A is a special area insulated from the traffic and congestion of the more urban Panama City Beach and Destin, yet only a short drive to enjoy all that those towns offer. 30-A hugs the coast atop elevated dunes -- the highest coastal elevation south of the Mason Dixon! Our neighborhood is a quiet, natural environment, perfect for families, artists, hikers, bikers, and swimmers, golfers and runners, nature enthusiasts, diners, shoppers, and those who just want to read or relax. You can walk to Rosemary Beach for a Starbucks, or Alys Beach on Fridays for a wine and cheese. Walk the other direction, and you can enjoy a cafe lunch at Watersound. Bike down to famous Seaside, and shop in their outdoor market or bring a blanket in the evening and enjoy Seaside's free outdoor movies at the amphitheater...just like the drive-in, only better!

The houses in our development have been dubbed 'tough, tight little cottages.' Our cottage lives large, and plays well.
