Summary: Winter Park Condos - Beaver Village Completely renovated in 11/2007, this 2-bedroom 2-bath Ground floor condo is 100 feet from downtown Winter Park in a beautiful pine forest. We have FREE high speed wireless service; the condo has awesome mountain views. We have a great indoor pool and 3 adjacent hot tubs. Our Winter Park/Beaver Village Condo is 1.5 miles from the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area. The free door-to-door shuttle takes you from your doorstep to the ski area. The fully-equipped condo sleeps up to six people (more if they are kids and you have sleeping bags), and include cozy/automatic gas fireplaces and solid oak furniture. Amenities: recent new carpet, king bed in the master bedroom and cable TV and living room TV with DVD player; brand new kitchen, S-by-S refrig, etc. Go to our web page and click on the slide show link on the home page for complete pictures of the renovation and all new appliances.

Free High Speed Wireless Internet: All of our prices include the high speed internet. The Internet is provided by Resort Internet and uses Comcast High Speed (6 megabits per second) lines for access to the internet. All you will need is your laptop computer and a standard wireless card. If you do not have a wireless card, you can purchase one for about $25 in most computer stores and stores like Best Buy. We can loan you a card but you will be required to pay a security deposit on that card.

The condo was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Prices were reasonable, bus schedule was on time and easy to follow. High speed internet worked well for my laptop.
Pool & hot tubs were also great. John was great to work with on reservations and other local information. We hope we can stay there again in the future. Leah & "boys"

Condo is in a great location close to the slopes and town. It is nicely furnished and has a great view - especially beautiful with a fresh snow. Plenty of room as well for our family of four. A nice bonus was the library of DVDs! Would definitely recommend.

The condo was perfect! We liked that it was kinda back in the trees and that it was on the first floor. The shuttle service was convenient and all of the accomodations were outstanding. Thanks for being such great hosts!

VERY nice condo. Convenient to both the town and resort of Winter Park. Beautiful new kitchen, easy internet access. Owner VERY EASY to work with and responsive. Would DEFINITELY stay there again.

We have stayed with the Erwin's before and knew what was in store. The condo is very comfortable with easy access to the slopes for a full day of skiing. We also enjoy meandering down the lighted path to the hot tub. Our son and his family so we had an especially wonderful time watching our 2 1/2 year old exploring the snow and all it has to offer one his age. Everything is available at the condo including sleds to use on the hill along with a trail that follows the railroad tracks to the slopes or downtown. We loved out stay and hope to repeat in the coming years.
