The condo is located within walking distance of Siesta Village, a shopping and restaurant area, and the main Gulf beach. The condo is on the second floor. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, queen size beds in both bedrooms plus two full size beds in the upstairs den area, so it comfortably sleeps 6 people. The laundry facility is in the adjacent building. The tenants have access to the private fishing pier and pool, which is right next to the building. The Gulf beaches are within a couple of minutes of walking.

The beach, the dolphins and the fishing pier.

I had the best vacation ever.
The condo was clean and everything was there.
The pool and the beaches were great and the village is just around corner.

We had an absolutely fabulous time in your condo. The living room was beautiful and cozy with the high ceiling and mirror. The place had everything we needed: the kitchen was fully equipped and we made good use of the beach chairs. It was priceless that the pool is right next to the condo, I could watch my son right from the balcony and the kitchen.
We also really enjoyed the pier in back of the property. We tried to do a little fishing but did not plan ahead and buy shrimp. However, the most enjoyable part about fishing off the pier were the dolphins that we saw. They came within 6 ft of the pier and they put on a nice show, jumping up in the air and doing flips. My husband and son had never seen dolphins in the wild.

There is no den in this condo. The second bedroom is open to the livingroom. You have to pass through the bedrooms to get to the baths. No ocean view. Private beach off limits to tenants of this section of Sandy Cove.The unit was not really clean.
Owner's Response: I'm the new owner, and I received this response from the previous owner:
"The official specification of the condo says that there is a den. ocean view was not advertised. Part of the private beach is not allowed to Sandy Cove3, and other part that has the photo in the ad IS allowed to Sandy Cove 3.The condo is cleaned by professionals very well every time."
