Enjoy your vacation on beautiful Hilton Head Island. We have a gorgeous villa in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful plantation that offers golf, tennis, biking, hiking, swimming, and canoeing. All of your favorite activities are just a short walk from the villa.

The spacious floor plan is open and inviting. This first floor one-level villa offers a fully-equipped kitchen as well as large living and dining areas.

Our villa has two master bedroom suites, each with two queen-size beds. Each suite has a full bath with a separate vanity and dressing area. Based on the location of the master suites, two families could enjoy sharing the villa while maintaining their privacy. Space is never an issue.

The kitchen has all the comforts of home; it features a counter area with barstools overlooking the bright and airy dining room.

Relax on the large, private deck overlooking the palmetto-fringed lagoon. Enjoy the wonders of the water and nature. The swimming pool, barbecue, and tennis courts are only steps away from our front door.

Our villa has something for everyone to enjoy!

Our Villa is Ideal: * Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the three, award-winning courses on the property as well as the proximity to dozens of other world-class, golf courses.

* Kids will be happy because they are on their way to the beach or swimming pool.

* Tennis enthusiasts can enjoy FREE court time for up to two hours per day at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center currently rated number three in the world's top 100 resorts.

* Families can enjoy the 32 miles of bike paths (bike rentals are available within walking distance).

* Everyone can enjoy strolling along three miles of uncrowded beach.

Our stay at the Outrich Villa was perfect.We were 2 couples and a single and the accommodations were just right. We liked the suites on each end of the villa foe privacy. Everything was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and everything we needed in kitchen. The location. Was perfect to get to the beach and pool. Tina had great suggestions for golf,restaurants, and directions. Lovely to work with. Can't wait to return!

As always a great HHI experience. Golf, tennis,biking, the pool was warm,the ocean fantastic, The nicely appointed Villa was all that was needed for a very relaxing time. Our son joined us for 5 days which was great. So thanks again.

Just want to express our total satisfaction with this property. It was exactly as described, immaculate and the kitchen well stocked with everything one would need to cook. Tina answered all our questions and was genuinely interested in helping us have a great vacation. I would definitely recommend renting bikes and spending time at the beach in the evening. Our day trip to Savannah was also a highlight of our week.

We have stayed in many condos in Hilton Head and this one is by far one of the best. Tina was very helpful and even called us while we were there to make sure everything was good for us. It was very clean. Most of all we loved the layout of the condo!! We are looking to bring friends next year since the master suites are so large and can easily accomodate another family.The first floor unit is perfect as well as the location. If you are new to Hilton Head, we highly suggest 2 restaurants: Sea Shack and Baked Cornbread and Roasted Fish, it is off of Matthews Drive.
