This charming cottage is south of Rt 28 and within walking distance to Grey Neck Beach. The cottage has been completely renovated and everything is brand new-including all appliances, furniture, beds etc... Hardwood floors have been refinished as well. New flat screen TV. Includes a large enclosed outside shower and a large private yard. Great location for a family vacation. Close to activities, including the trampolines, go-carts, batting cages and bumper boats. We stayed at this charming cottage last summer and loved it!! It was so clean & neat!!!!
The cottage was just renovated -all new furniture and brand new hardwood floors. A great flatscreen HD tv in the living room. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. A big bath with washer & dryer.
The backyard is large and private and is fenced in.
It's just a quick walk to the beach.
