Beautiful oceanfront home located on the Promenade in Sea Isle City. House is well suited to a family vacation with all the amenities of home. Home features a large bonus/game room on the first level with foosball table, TV and futon with a full bath - great for the kids on a rainy day. Second level features 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bath plus a master suite including a jacuzzi tub and access to a deck with ocean view. Third level features the comfortable great room living and dining areas, kitchen, spacious deck with fantastic ocean views and a junior master suite. Living area has new 42 inch plasma HDTV and Blu-Ray DVD player. All bedrooms have TVs, most with DVD players. Home is located at 54th Street on the Promenade, a 1.5 mile paved walk along the ocean, ideal for walking and cycling - great, safe area for kids. Beach tags included. No group rentals - No prom groups.

Sea Isle City offers many restaurants, shops and playgrounds for the kids. The Promenade is a 1.5 mile paved walkway along the ocean, perfect for long walks and bike rides. Since the house is located on the Promenade, your kids will have safe access for biking and getting to the beach without crossing any streets. A short drive north is Ocean City and a short drive south is WIldwood, where there are boardwalks, rides and amusements for the kids. For the adults, Atlantic City and its gaming tables are a little farther north.

The perfect Sea Isle City vacation home. Great views even when weather isn't perfect; every amenity you could want. Beautifully decorated and maintained, pristine yet comfortable. Very spacious.

Superb beach home

This is our twenty-sixth summer renting a beach house for a week in Sea Isle. This home is absolutely the best! Easy access to the beach and you can park your car in the garage and never leave for the entire week. The boardwalk is directly in front of the house. You'll enjoy each healthy walk to the grocery store (ACME), restaurants in the center of town, cheesesteaks (McGowens), and for an ice cream treat at YumYums. At first, we worried a few of us may have difficulty on the stairs, but after a day or two they did not seem as daunting. Stairs are a part of beach homes because how else could you see the spectacular view? On clear days we could even see the casino/hotels of Atlantic City - forty miles away.

The owners have provided outstanding amenities and guest information to this rental. Every appliance was relatively new. The (HE) washing machine and dryer made it possible for me to pack lightly and return home without a mountain of laundry.

The owners have high standards and I appreciate there are no pets or smokers allowed. The home is clean, clean, clean, and organized. For example, the dishes all match in the cupboards! The owners have thoughtfully planned out this home so that it has the feel of a five-star resort.
