Two Views is a professionally decorated beach front home in Middle Island designed by a noted architect with fabulous views of the marsh and the ocean. The house was totally reconstructed in 2006 when the main living area was relocated to the new second floor to take advantage of the spectacular views. All bedrooms open onto the covered first floor deck which wraps around the entire house and offers great views of the ocean and marsh from its many rocking chairs. They also open to a first floor Great room that has a TV area at one end and a quiet reading area at the other end. The upper front and rear decks offer dramatic ocean and marsh views. It is a one minute walk to the best beach on the island, East Beach. This 3400 square foot retreat is one of the largest homes on Bald Head Island and can accommodate your every need for a relaxing vacation.

Bald Head Island is the southernmost of North Carolina’s cape islands where the Cape Fear River meets the Atlantic Ocean. It is accessed by a 20 minute passenger ferry ride from the ferry terminal at Indigo Plantation and Marina in historic Southport, N.C. to the harbor at Bald Head Island. Once you arrive a shuttle will take you to Two Views and all further transportation on the island will be by foot, bicycle or our comfortable golf carts. The island has restaurants, shops, hardware store, full service grocery store (wine and beer only-bring liquor if desired), historic lighthouse and country club. The beaches are never crowded.

This is a phenomenal property! We've stayed in numerous high-end properties on BHI, and this is, by far, our favorite. It's beautifully decorated, the views are incredible, and its location is excellent. Top that off with owners who are accessible and determined that your stay will be memorable. Highly recommend!
