One of the closest units to the new Pumphouse indoor waterpark!!! Best location on mountain for Ski in/ Ski out! Brand new Rustic Alder Kitchen with Granite Counter tops and Stainless Appliances. Our family has renovated this unit high end for our own comfort, we stay here when it's not rented! Full living/dining/kitchen remodel, doors, windows, siding. New pull out Queen Sofa and Love Seat. Brand new 42' HD LED with 40 HIgh Def Channels. This home provides a much better location and very comfortable alternative to the further condos. One minute walk to new Tram Haus, lifts and tram, Tower Bar, and world class 18 hole golf course. You can ski down to one of four lifts including the tram in the morning and ski back for lunch, put your skis by the deck, put your boots by the wood fire, and eat in comfort (Save money, no looking for an open seat). Ski home at the end of the day. Ample parking. Full Kitchen, laundry! Fall full living/dining/kitchen renovation just completed new carpets and matresses, many other upgrades!

Since all the work we poured in this October / November, this place is very warm and inviting, one of the nicest 2 bedrooms here! You will be very comfortable in the new KING and Double beds! New carpets are in.

Back country Access: The Jay area is known for the best back-country skiing in the East.

Great Tele, Randonee, and Back-country Cross Country Skiing!

About Owner

We grew up in northern NY skiing Whiteface as kids, we stuck around the area for college at Clarkson and Elmira, then moved out west to ski Colorado for 5 winters!! Upon moving back east, we found Jay Peak and decided it was the best place in the East!

Owner purchased this condo in 2006

Why Owner chose Jay Peak

This place has the most direct access to ski in ski out and walking to all of the resort amenities. You are a 2 minute walk to everything on Tramside, including the new Water Park and Ice Arena, Restaurants and Bars, Coffee shop, Retail Shop.

What makes this condo unique

This place is very nice inside, we have gone through just about the entire place with a major full renovation. Most recently, we installed a new high end custom rustic alder kitchen with granite counter tops. Without a doubt, one of the nicest kitchens on the mountain!!

An awesome feature is watching the tram go up and down and all the skiers ski down Queens Highway from the windows and slider in the back of the unit. Really motivates you to get out there early for the fresh tracks!

***Also, watch the groomers preparing the trails for you in the evening with the lights 30' outside the windows going by on the trails!!

Best Slopeside condo

This was by far the best Slopeside condo we have rented at Jay Peak. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries prior to and during our stay. The condo has been tastefully updated. The location is ideal- just a short walk or ski to the Tramhaus base and indoor waterpark. We are already looking forward to our stay next year!

Pennsylvania Skiers

I stayed at this condo with my 2 adult children for 6 days around Christmas time. The condo is exactly as advertised. Fresh, clean and newly renovated. The beds were incredibly plush with nice comforters, the bedrooms new and clean and the kitchen as well. It appears to be the best condo for ski in and ski out on the mountain, and it is within walking distance of all the nice features at the base (see map and Jay Peak brochures for details). We thoroughly enjoyed the skiing. The TRAM is a nice alternative to riding up to chair lift on those cold windy days. Skating at the beautiful indoor ice rink was a pleasure. The restaurants on the property were good. The owners of the condo were fair, honest and responsive. I recommended this particular condo to my brother and sister-in-law who want to ski Jay Peak.

This condo is in the best location on the mountain! Walk out the back, up a little hill, strap in, and ride right to the tram. I will definitely be back. It was a little tight with 7 guys for 4 days and 1 bathroom, but we managed... 5 would be perfect or 2 couples also. Scott and Tracey were a pleasure to deal with... No hassles, and they got us discounted lift tickets! The only gripe I have is the kitchen. While it is brand new and beautiful, we found that it could have had more cookware. Thankfully there was a dishwasher. Also, I've stayed in quite a few places around the area, and there's always a cabinet with spices and left over stuff from past renters. But not here, I think it's because the property is managed by someone else, and the cleaning crew must throw everything out between renters. So if you plan on cooking, you're going to need EVERYTHING! Other than that, the place is PERFECT! Thanks again Scott and Tracey, we will definitely be back!

Just to clarify for prospective guests on the kitchen supplies, we have full dishes and silverware for 7, the same number of people who can sleep in the unit. This is the same as every other on mountain accommodation at Jay Peak. We do manage our units exclusively and have been working with the same cleaning staff for over 5 years. Our cleaning staff are ex-mountain cleaning staff, it is their policy to clean out anything left behind. So for future guests, please bring your own spices and condiments!!!

This rental could not have a better location. Ski in and out. Right off Queens Highway or you can go through half moon to make it interesting. Made first TRAM both days I was there and there is no reason not to. Walk from the condo to the Pump House and restaurant at Jay. (they also have a shuttle service) Also there is a little convenient store open till 8pm I believe. The condo is two bed rooms and is great for a family or 6 adults. We had 7 and it was a little tight in there. Kick back and relax and watch the tram go by or other skiers from the desk. This place was great and I would recommend this to anyone who wants to ski in and out.

Weekend golf trip in the mountains

We have skied a few weekends at Jay Peak but this time we were there in August with another couple for a fun golf weekend. The new course is outstanding. Very challenging with incredible views. Scott's condo was perfect for the two couples. We had plenty of privacy, ample comfortable space to hang out indoors in the evenings, and a very well equipped kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch in. We ate our dinners at the Club House, which was very nice. This condo was super clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Scott was so easy to work with and we found the condo to be very well maintained and exactly as he presented it. We plan to return this winter and will definitely check with Scott to see if this unit is available. The location is perfect for ski in/ski out, the views from the windows are excellent, and we loved dealing with the owners.

For Avid Skiers

If you are an avid skier then this is the unit for you. The advertisement states that it is probably the best location on the mountain and we would have to agree. Every morning my 14 year old son would watch out the sliding door to see when the lifts started up, so he could be first chair! The ski in/out location was perfect for bathroom breaks and lunch ( one day even a mid-day power nap from 1-2pm) The only reason we used the lodge was to try the poutine and eat dinner at the excellent restaurant, which we walked to. The unit itself was completely stocked with clean towels and linens, extra pillows and blankets and a kitchen fully supplied with the cooking basics. We cooked in most nights and found everything we needed. All the dishware and cookware was brand new. The woodburning fireplace and comfortable sofa's in the living room created a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes.The condo was clean and comfortable for a family of four and the location could not have been better. We will definitely go back. Jay Peak was awesome, best skiing we have ever done on the East Coast. Scott was easy to work with and we found the unit exactly as he described on the phone and through his pictures.

On Mountain, Ski in/ Ski out, The property is located directly on the mountain, 20 feet off the Queen's Highway Trail. Watch skiers go by on the Queens Highway trail all day! Watch the tram go up and down from your couch with a view of the tram and view up through the trees and glades! I would definitely say the best location on the mountain!!! 1 minute walk to the new Water Park, Tower Bar, Aroma Coffee Shop, Alice's Table restaurant, and the Foundry! with a large hill adjacent for sliding, after hours ski tricks!! One of the closest units to the new hotels and Water Park!
