Short walk to beach, dock, tennis, basketball, shuffle board. 1st floor features sunny, gourmet kitchen, breakfast nook with vaulted ceiling, french door to screened-in porch- all with southern exposure. Large living/dining area with cable TV/DVD/stereo, wall of windows and doors to screened-in porch and deck. Bedroom 1 with queen bed and daybed with trundle, Bedroom 2 with bunk bed and daybed with trundle. One full bath and one half bath, laundry room with full size washer and dryer off kitchen. 2nd floor offers an additional large living area with vaulted Adirondack ceiling, cable TV/DVD and pull out couch and futon. Master bedroom with king bed and full bath. A/C and ceiling fans throughout. ***dock space for 22' boat***

Located 2 miles south of Hague, Arcady Bay Estates, provides a true Adirondack lake experience including swimming, boating, fishing and other water sports, tennis, basketball and shuffleboard. Hiking, horseback riding and golfing are nearby as well as boat rentals, boat launch, and convenience services. A short drive south to Bolton Landing and Lake George Village you'll find many tourist attractions including amusement parks, water parks, cultural and historical attractions as well as outlet shopping and antiquing. Gore Mountain ski area is a 40 minute drive. Saratoga, with it's race track and Performing Arts Center is 1 hour. Lake Placid, with Whiteface Mountain ski area and Olympic village, is 1 hour. Take a day trip to Vermont via the nearby Lake Champlain ferry. A 2 hour drive north will land you in Montreal.
