Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can experience resort living for much less? Your vacation home is located in the exceptional gated resort community of Terra Verde. The kitchen has everything-spices,dishes,utensils & more.There is a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. The inviting master bedroom (queen size bed, TV and bathroom) is located on the second floor; a second bedroom has a full size bed and a third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a private patio for sunning & a hot tub for soaking. Nearby is Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and Super Walmart & many wonderful golf courses.. Our gorgeous clubhouse boasts a fitness center, game room, sauna, free Internet access and a large community room with satellite TV. Outside the clubhouse is a large heated pool, an inviting sun deck, spa and Tiki bar. There is also a children’s play area, a volleyball and basketball court.Welcome to your home away from home ! Great stay! We loved the house, everything was perfect and clean. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. We felt like home. The house had everything we needed and much more, like a picnic basket!!!! It was our first time renting a home away and we will definitely return.

Perfect home for a Disney trip!

What a wonderful home! The home was exactly as described, and the pictures do not do it justice. Only 10 minutes from Disney, and less than 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, Target, WalMart - everything you could need. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, the kids went swimming almost every night. The rest of the family enjoyed the hot tub each night. Planning the trip couldn't have been easier - all the information we needed, like directions to the home, was provided well ahead of time. After staying here, we have decided there is no way we would stay in a hotel on a Disney trip ever again. I would recommend this home to anyone taking a trip to central Florida.

Great stay! Literally ten minutes from Disney property. Location to grocery, restaurants & department stores easily accessable. Townhome is extremely comfortable and homey. Will return!

It was a beautiful, roomy townhouse. I loved being able to wash my clothes. We were near everything - restaurants, Wal-Mart, Target ,etc. I got my monies worth and much more. I will definitely return.

a week of rest and relaxation

We were delighted with the accomidations. Our three generational family was comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness and location of this property. The Terra Verde development was beautiful and very secure. We appreciated the on site property managers who were there too help us with our needs. We will be back.
AAU Volleyball family from Michigan (third place finishers).
Owner's Response: We try to anticipate the needs of our guests so they can truly have a "home away from home " experience. We have created a clean and relaxed enviroment where you can relax ,enjoy & re -energize yourself in a resort setting.
