This exquisite newly built (3) bedroom, ocean view Condo in an exclusive beachfront gated community, has all the amenities of home, along with all brand new furniture and brand new Serta beds. The condo is a large corner unit, 2000+ sq. ft. of living space, 9 ft. ceilings, including a spacious kitchen, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the large family room, with a large sectional and dining table that easily seats (8). This room includes a 50' Mitsubishi TV, DVD/ VCR/CD, and Sony Sound Surround. Hi-Speed, Wireless Internet is provided free. Your private balcony provides a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Suite has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, a day bed. All bedrooms have a large TV w/DVD. What Should Renters Bring?: Everything is supplied in terms of basics. But things renters should bring are: beach towels, chairs to set out on the beach, beach toys (some are in the unit - but you should bring the ones which you want to have), board games, hair shampoo and conditioner, sun tan lotion, any food and beverage items, paper products for the kitchen, aluminum foil, laundry soap, garbage bags (one garbage bag is provided in each can at the start of your stay - but you may require extra). What you don't need are: bath towels, bed sheets, any appliances or utensils for the kitchen, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, bath soap, kitchen soap, playing cards, salt/pepper.

RELAXING VACATION

The condo was beautiful, nicely furnished, kitchen had plenty of dishes, and cooking utinsels if you wanted to cook, full size washer and dryer (take detergent). The beach is within walking distance, everything is gated and a very safe environment. It was so quiet, we felt like we were the only occupants except when we saw others at the pool or coming or going. The propetty is the cleanest most well kept I have ever seen, everytime we went out they were mopping and cleaning the walks and cautioning us to be careful not to slip down. There are lots of good restaurants and shopping places. All in all a wonderful vacation spot.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Memorial weekend vacation

The condo was absolutely beautiful, with great views and lovely home interiors, and a great pool too, the pictures did not do them justice!!
We had a wonderful time there and felt very relaxed and thought it was very nice that most kitchen utensils were provided and even an umbrella for the beach. We definatley look forward to going back to this same condo again this year. It is the nicest out there in SPI !!
