November and December special weekly rates. January and February snowbird special, great rates for a month. Enjoy a beautiful time on the beach for a fantastic rate! The weather is great, and the beach is secluded. Perfect time for a couple's quiet getaway, when the kids are back at school. If it's golf you want, there are several beautiful courses nearby. Harbortown Golf Links only 1 1/2 miles away, play where the PGA golfs. Breakers 307, our nicely remodeled and tastefully decorated villa, is located on the quiet side of the complex with a fantastic ocean view. Be on the beach in less than 60 seconds from our front door. The suite style bedroom has a large king sized bed and a 26 in LCD TV. We've added wireless internet, Renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, all new stovetop, microwave grilling oven and cabinets, New washer and dryer, TV's and stereo. This is a nice villa and a perfect place to spend time on the beach!

Nearest Airport: Savannah at 45 Miles
Car: not necessary
Coligny plaza is a short walk directly across the street with 60 shops and stores and offers, to name some, island shopping, movie theater, grocery store, pizza, pharmacy, restaurants, taverns, , entertainment, ice cream, hardware store, liquor store, coffee shop, bakery. The Tiki Bar, an island icon, is just a few minute walk down the beach. If you so desire, you can park your car when you arrive, and not require it for the length of your stay. Forest Beach is the heart of Hilton Head Island. Walk to bicycle rentals. I recommend Pedals Bike Rental on Pope Ave, just a short walk from the Breakers.Biking is a great way to explore the island, whether on the beach or the paved bike paths. Historic Savannah GA. is 45 minutes away.

Condo is in a great location with all conveniences within walking distance. Condo is clean and well maintained. Owner is very good to work with.

This condo was in a perfect spot!

We enjoyed being able to walk over to Coligny Plaza to eat and go to a Jazz event.

It was quiet and close to the beach.

It was enjoyable to be able to sit out on the deck, even though it was in January.
